Hehe. No idea. I once had a very clear dream which featured some pink skinned childlike humanoids, with large heads and beautiful blue eyes with eeird double irises. Im not a big believer in that stuff and chalk it down to too much xfiles, but someone told me they were fairies when i joked about it.

Again, no idea if they are any authority on the subject either

When I was a child I did astral projection and everything else in this context far more easily and naturally. Today I need help of other beings, fortunately there are more than enough willing to assist us if we manage to make the necessary changes within ourselves, so we can live a grounded life even when at night there is quite a surreal expansion diving into that.

So in my childhood the fairy realm was one that I visited. When you are outside physical reality, which you usually are when you leave your body, the reality you encounter is far more malleable. You can compare it to a lucid dream.
I had to use something to go to different realms, more to say to give myself on the belief level the permission that allows me to get there. What I did use specifically for the fairy realm or pan realm was a projection of a mouse hole.

When I went outside my body at night I imagined in my wall of my room a big dark mouse hole, where I could get through and arrive at this realm. Usually before I projected this mouse hole some of them already encountered me and helped me to get there.

At the other side it's really comfy in this realm. There are different expressions of it, you can have for example more of this forest-like realms, where the energy feels much like you would go to a forest in physical reality, but much more intense like you would go to an enchanted forest. The vegetation is more surreal and intense, you can have forests that shimmer in specific colors. In deep forests you usually have green shimmer of lights in the air. on the plane surfaces its mostly normal, but you see a bigger spectrum of colors, as also the colors themselves are more vibrant. You could imagine for example red being as vibrant as magenta but staying in its tonality like red. You will also glimpse a bit into the other colors, maybe octarine, infrared and ultraviolet. Ultraviolet is a more subtle color, looks like a very thin shiny veil over the other things.

Another expression of this realm is like what you could imagine in a cartoon. It's pretty much the opposite, by creating stories and movies we access through consciousness simply that part of reality and not that we make this things up.
Imagine you walls in your house are hollow and in it where different small beings living, having even cities there. The material they use is pretty much like in myths. They use pincushions, thread reels, old clocks etc to built their homes. The energy here is also very comfy.
