Tingling Crown Chakra

I have been on/off with linking to my intuitive/spiritual side for years so I know a bit about how my body reacts to intuition, but I am still learning.

I had been going through an off period until I came across this site and starting practising intention manifestation.
Since then, I have been having crazy loads of tingling sensations with my cown chakra. I used to get them every now and then in the past in my on periods, but not to this extent.

I try to think about what I was actually doing/ thinking when it happened, but it didnt seem sigificant, unless it was my intuition saying yes, this is right.

I was starting to wonder if it was because I was raising my vibrations and my crown chakra was opening back up.

But this morning, I was driving to work, I was thinking ahead that I needed to do something, I needed to go see someone, but then remembered their office was moved and thought "where are they now then?" I got this sudden strong buzz from my crown chakra, then a few seconds later I saw her driving in her car. So now I am thinking it could be more than the chakra opening up.

Does anyone else get this crown chakra tingling? What do you feel it indicates? Higherself? Spirit guides? intuition? something else?

I don't know if this is related, but happened to me 6 months ago and a few times since.

I was typing away on my laptop and felt the top of my head get warm. Then the warmth moved to my face and into my neck and shoulders. Then down through my chest to my abdomen.

It stopped descending there and the warm feeling became hot then went away. It was amazing to watch.

I've also been conscious while sleeping and felt my body shaking even though it wasn't moving. Someone asked if it could be a feeling of energy pulses and I said that was a better description. I knew my body wasn't moving but the pulses were really strong. That hasn't happened in awhile and always during a short nap.

I often get the night sweats too...that hasn't happened in awhile either. All of these three things hit a peak at the same time.
