Am i experiencing the start of my third eye?

Hi folks

When I close my eyes, lie still and clear my mind, I begin to see slow white light waves going across my eyes. They go from left to right, right to left, slowly pulsate outwards and inwards. Then, I see what I can only describe as I am in the back of a cave looking out with the jagged cave rock opening all around. There is no scenic view from what I can see as such, just purple. I am able to look up, down and side to side, but I see nothing.

I have asked them whether this is my third eye beginning to awaken and whether they can show me something, but as of yet I haven’t seen anything.

I wondered if this was my third eye or something else, its a lovely feeling.

Has anyone experienced this or got any ideas?

Maybe you will have to find an intent, something to see; if your intent now is to see a light wave then perhaps that's what you get.

usually, from personal experience, and what other people have told me, one of the first signs of the third eye awakening is pain in the crown chakra, or top of your head, also you might experience tingeling on your crown, also, you have pain on your forehead, and tingeling, sometimes on your neck, back, and tingleing on your hands and feet. maybe this will help you out.. I experienced every single on of them all at the same time.. it was pretty overwhelming..

I also experianced this it is the very beginning and no one can give you a secise length of time to when it will fully open, but expect to get activity at the crown area from headaches to intense energy, you will also feel pressure and a throbing feeling in the third eye area, that is what happened to me and i am still experiencing new things
