PLEASE HELP, third eye and crown chakra open without wanting them to.. I hate this!

hello everyone, and before you tell me it is a blessing, and I should be thankful keep in mind, we all dont like the same things and we are allowed to not like being this way. I was at a friend's house speaking openly about spirituality about over two months ago, we got deep into it, and all of the sudden she got surrounded with a white haze around her, like outlined, ever since then, I have pain on my head (crown chakra), my forehead, I feel energy, my hands and feet tingle, the middle of my chest aswell and hurts too, I see diferently like static vision, I see things like lights all over sometimes, when I close my eyes I see an eye surrounded by a twirl and a bunch of other trippy tornado like things, for a month a stupid fog followed me everywhere, and the tip of the iceberg was I saw eyes on walls, furniture etc. now I always see people outlined by light, my forehead and crown hurt sometimes and the middle of my back. I want my life back, I have never meditated, I eat meat and junk food, I have tried to numb my brain seeing stupid TV stuff I dont like, I do have a high IQ. My friend hates me cause she has studied energy, reiki, etc went with monks and she said I have reached the same conclusions about life, frequencies etc by myself and she had to go through meditation and she has never been able to see what I see. (so much for being all peace and love etc) she became jelouse and stranged from me. now I want to shut down my third eye, go back to sleeping soundly at night, not be afraid of being alone etc. I have heard that a lot of people have "woke up" against there will because of the change of frequency of the year 2012, regardless of maybe me being one of them I miss my 3D sight and my normal life.. please help, and please if you are going to say its a blessing and I should be thankful. save it!.. It is not for me dong judge me please just help me!! thank you!!!

Yes go back into your comfort zone where it's all safe and sound, and you can stay completely ignorant of the world around you. You seemed quite content with discussing spirituality with your friend, but now you are afraid of anything actually happening to you?

I suggest you learn how to meditate and deal with this, because there are no responsible quick-fix solutions to shut down your psychic powers, to suggest otherwise would mean the hindering of your spiritual development, and bad karma on my behalf.

For the first time in your life you are seeing the truth of reality, however the deeper truth is that you can't handle what you are seeing. Now you know why most the world never ventures to this point. Fear of the unknown.

Whether you live ignorantly or with sensitivity and awareness, reality is always going to turn against you if you don't make friends with it. So psychic abilities aren't your problem, it's that you see your reality as fearful. Make friends with it and you'll be grateful for what you know.

I am not ignorant, I am actually quite smart. and I don't have a problem knowing the truth, I know what's going on I am just not comfortable seeing spirits seeing eyes everywhere, etc, and I am not embarrassed about it, I am ok with knowing I just don't like seeing spirits, I came here for help not to be judged, it's funny how people deem themselves to be spiritual but are so quick to judge. I was hoping this forum was different and I would actually get some help so I can get my life back on track but I guess I am surrounded with people that think that seeing ghosts and not having a private moment all day is some sort of gift. I have always been intuitive and I have always known what people think or are going to do before they even imagine it. I have always have strangers come up to me and tell me deeply personal things that sometimes is mind blowing how they pour themselves out, neither of this bothers me, I would just like to close my eyes, not see an eye a bunch of twirls, not see spirits and not hear voices, I find it intrusive. Mostly, when it happens, my crown hurts, my forehead hurts, I breath deeply trough my mouth, and I start seeing lights everywhere, sometimes fogs, I would love to get my life back again. I didn't ask for this. My friend has studied energy for more then 10 years, when she realized what happened to me, she felt envy, said she had spent too much time and money on it and that it wasn't fair I got it for free... so much for being enlighted if you ask me. I don't know if you are familiar with the movie WAKE UP, it is about some random guy who went through the same thing, he didn't like it either, he didn't ask for it, he is not ashamed of not liking it so.. believe me when it is just dropped on your lap in one blow without even a hint that it is coming it is pretty overwhelming. Hi Jinxxx. Humanity is going through a spiritual evolution collectively, and every one of us is a seeker of enlightenment/oneness, irrespective of whether we are aware of or claim we don't want it or not. It happens without our conscious asking, like growing up, and we can no more stop it than we can stop the planets from orbiting around the sun! Yet it is a wonderful era that has been and is still busy dawning for the whole planet, as everything gradually returns to its natural state of being, which words are inadequate to describe.

Part of the process is that our energy systems (chakras) slowly start to return to full functionality, and there are a few sure signs and 'symptoms' of this happening, reported by thousands of people of late. For instance, pain in the areas of the specific chakras is usually a sign that they are opening, unless there's a medical condition present. Yet, however much you wish the discomfort away, the end result is something you can look forward to.

The whole process can be daunting though, especially if you have no clue what is busy happening to you. Like when a person grows from child to teenager - most everything can feel out of sorts for quite a while, and there's no controlling it. Feeling that you want to return to who you were or what you felt before this started happening is not unusual. Best would be to start reading up on the current spiritual happenings. A lot is available on the Net (key-words would be 'dimensional shift', 'enlightenment', 'oneness consciousness' etc) and there are a few very good threads on these forums. (Have a look at particularly those by ChrisL.) You can even ask permission of these members to contact them directly if you feel you need more personal contact.

Thank you Christa, your words have done wonders, thanks for not judging me. I do understand that there is a collective spiritual awakening going on, I have also read that some of the first waves of Indigos, specially the ones of the 80s are turning into Crystals and that we are all going through this, since I am one myself. I do understand the concepts you bring up, and I have knowledge about it. I went through a lot of emotional and some physical changes before I started seeing the outline of energy around people and objects, all I really wanted is not to feel alone, not to be judged because the change is quite overwhelming and mostly to know that it all leads to something positive. The weeks when the change really started on my (I read the pain is because my DNA is being altered) where very scary, I couldn't sleep, I felt energy coming in through my head and my forehead, chest, my mouth would go numb, my feet and hands as well, I would see lights follow me, I felt like I was inside a sci-fi movie. At a point in my life like most indigos I was even an atheist, It was a dark path that lead me to this point. One day I woke up sincerely feeling like I forgave people, I even forgave my parents, family members and saw it all from like another place, like I was seeing my life as a movie and not taking anything personally this is the one thing I am grateful for this change. I have made some changes in my life because of it, I even moved to where I wanted to live all along. I don't get scared easily, but one thing I always prayed to GOD as a child was to please never ever let me see something, spirit or anything of the sort. That's all I asked for. One thing I've learned looking back at my life is that GOD has a dark sense of humor and always has thrown stuff at me for one I think he thinks I can take it and another is because he finds my reactions amusing. My life has never been normal, I have always had little powers I guess, but this is kinda crazy. I guess I'll try to deal with it as much as I can, I'll try to get through it like everything else that has been thrown at me. Some of the light phenomena is your guides and star family with you for support. Reach out. Thank them for being there for you. Acknowledge them but also set the ground rules (ie: not when I'm in the shower, Not when I'm on the phone, etc)

There is no off switch. Focus on maintaining a higher spiritual vibration for yourself and the experiences will be more blissful, than fearsome.

You're welcome, Jinx, and you do know a lot, which is good. It is also really good that you are reaching out on this forum and elsewhere in order to increase understanding/relieve the loneliness that we often feel these times/look for like-minded company. Having our 'stuff' surface (which is part of the personal evolutionary process), and undergoing such stark physical changes very often give rise to a dark night of the senses, and sometimes just knowing that we are not alone in our experiences helps making it easier for us.

Our Divine responds to us in the way we ask it/him/her/them to. In that sense we 'design' God, and it is best to choose a 'design' that gives us a sense of trust, comfort, openness, love, peace etc, whatever it is we need so we can connect with the Divine. (This is not to be confused with 'creating' God; we were created by God and not the other way round.) We often assign our own unconsious 'stuff' to God's doing - which it more often than not isn't. The dawn of the new spiritual age brings with it an end to the paternalistic, dark, restrictive, punishing, spiteful and fearsome image/idea of the Divine that is even embedded in our DNA. Yes, thank God for DNA changes!

What you are going through right now with your psychic experiences is simply part of the enlightenment process. As you should know, you meant and chose to be here on earth right now, experiencing the shift in its full regalia! A symptom of this is that we release old patterns, even in our chakric system, and it can take any shape and form of experience. Nobody is exempt from this process. But we can make it easier for ourselves by connecting with our Divine/God with prayer, meditation etc, partaking in activities that rises the Kundalini, reaching out to like-mindeds, and...well, just hanging in there with the knowing that we are supported and loved.

@Rebecca, thanks I will try sometimes when I am doing a task it gets annoying or when I am trying to talk to someone. I have asked some things to back off because they where too constant.

@Christa, I understand what you mean when we design the image of the manifestation of God within us, and I try it to be something not scary, there was a point in the change, that I saw a bunch of eyes everywhere, it was not cool at all, I don't believe to be a dark person, or someone that is in a lower frequency so it scared me. One thing I always have feared or not liked is people staring at me, which happens a lot. I find it that people do turn around to look at me for some reason, and it is kinda weird so I don't know if it was just a discomfort of mine manifesting itself as a part of the healing process, or to drain that off me to advance to a higher vibration?.. If I do happen to see an eye now or a couple I just tell them to eff off and leave me alone. The funny part about people staring for no reason since I was little is that I do not dress in a manner where I want attention, I am very low key, and I don't like to stand out. Some people say that they stare cause I have an intimidating way about me, or the way I move seems to be different than most people, but still the eyes everywhere are weird. When I close my eyes going to sleep sometimes the twirls are pretty and I like them, but sometimes within the twirls I do see a bunch of eyes everywhere, they are not as creepy as the ones on the walls but they are there.. do either of you ladies or anyone know whats up with this?.. Please do not fight back to your psychic experiences. It is like trying to get out of a bad acid trip, you will only make it worse. You really have to let go of fear because that will attract entities that feed on your feelings. This process will definately make you grow for the better, you will see. Now that your kundalini is awakended I would really reccommend to study some spiritual practice or get involved with someone likeminded people. This forum is great for you, but if you can find a good spirtual master that you feel attracted to, now is the time. Ask God or your angels to guide you to the appropriate master that will guide you along this difficult process. It can be very healing and helpful to talk to a person that has walked this road before. You also need to ground yourself. Seriously. Walk in the nature daily if you can. Now that you are vibrating on a higher level it is totally normal to change friends that no longer vibrates on the same level. This can be a tough time, I have been trough it all by myself, but you will meet and get attracted to new friends that will be way more helpful for you now in this process. Friends come and go as you develop yourself and grow. Do not hold back to your old friends if it feels wrong. Even though your friend is doing spiritual work, does not mean you need her anymore, it sounds like you are way ahead of her.

I don't know a lot about psychic things, but I'm going to assume you can't just flip a switch go back to the way you were. The only thing you can do is to learn how to manage what you're going through and make the best of it.

Accept it, don't fight it, and you may find that your life has changed and you're really glad it happened.

When I had my daughter, I wanted the psychic thing to take a back burner, so I asked for that and it happened. Then when she got older and I was ready for some more, I asked for it's return.

Whatever is the cause of this situation jinxxx, it's obviously been a very scary and unpleasant experience for you.

It's also understandable that your friend would be jealous of you and I'm sure you can see why too. I've had the same experience with a woman I once knew. She's a yoga instructor and has been to ashrams in India and spent years meditating, and has never had any sort of experiences like yours or mine, or others here.

That's just the way the ball rolls sometimes. It doesn't make you more 'special' than her, it just means you have woken up before she has...at least to these sorts of things. Everyone is at the level they are supposed to be at and evolving at the perfect time, so if you need to let her go then don't hesitate...it sounds like you need to be around people who are more at your level anyway. She'll have to deal.

Oh, and don't mind certain people around here. You're right, this place is crawling with so-called "Spiritual" people who act the furthest from enlightened as you can imagine. Get used to it...there are plenty of people like this in the spiritual movement and loads of really unbalanced people, and with the spiritual journey comes the risk of ego inflation, which unfortunately many people fall into...mostly without realizing they have.

I'd suggest checking out Anna Conlans website Psychic but Sane as soon as you can. There are loads of really practical, down to earth informative blogs there, and you can learn to harness your abilities and be more grounded. I'm sure she can also offer good advice on how to shut off your chakras when you don't want to be seeing these things all the time. It must feel like a bad acid trip.

I was just reading an article of hers last night explaining how to shut down your psychic centres when you want to just be normal again.

Best wishes on your journey, and there's really nothing to fear, you just might need to go through an adapting period, like with most things in life.

Why historically?

He didn't say he didn't think it's normal...he said he just wants to BE normal again, which is understandable if he's seeing eyes everywhere and tornadoes and mist following him.

It doesn't usually happen to people who take no interest in spiritual matters, so it's rather unusual.

Then again, someone may have spiked his drink with some high grade acid...you never know?

Jinxx was far into spiritual contemplation when his semi-awakening occured, to me the likelihood of the experience is hardly surprising at all.

There are very few things in life we can actually control. It's always quite fascinating to me to witness the stark contrast of behaviour between those who love to just go with the flow, and those who need to micromanage every aspect of their life. Often life throws a lot of pear-shaped situations at us, without prior warning or any time to prepare for it, and the only thing we can do is just roll with it. If we are forced into a situation, it shouldn't be about trying to find out how to escape it or somehow run away from it. It's about learning and growing with what we have and what we are currently experiencing.

What we did ask for is Life. Life in its most pure and unadulterated form; chains of all-encompassing and completely fulfilling experiences. It is not about the experience itself as much as it is about how we effectively dealt with the issue and progressed with the experience in the most beneficial way.

There is in fact an off-switch.. However as from my first post, it would be reckless of me to just dish out that kind of information.

Gosh! I wish that would happen to me! I am sure I would be able to manage it, but it would be really cool to have more than an average view of reality. I would love to be able to harness these gifts to manifest my heart's desires!
