Third eye occurances or insanity?

I have been doing meditation to open my third eye and now i am seeing auras everywhere and every time i close my eyes i see purple and images anyway two days ago i had my eyerp closed when suddenly i saw a snake come out of this purple it was moving fast and struck me where my third eye should be then instantly disappeared and in its place was a large eye, then i had a vision of someone trying to climb through, and realised i was in a dark room with them i could not see him but he proceeded to explain to me the real meaning of the tarot card the tower, which is the only tarot card that fills me with dread, he told me that it does not al always mean a big a disaster as i think, it was like he was trying to teach me, anyway next i heard this other male voice saying i want them both, but there was no one there, i wanted to know what it meant so i called out for my spirit guide and a china man appeared, i know he was my guide because i felt like i knew him all my life, but before i could ask him anything everything faded and i opened my eyes,I did not dream this nor imagine it, i have trouble with visalisation because i have very little imagination, are these normal third eye experiance and what is the snake bit about, it is now twice i have seen it, but i have not heard it described any where before.
