I can't deny it anymore

I often feel a cold breeze in my field, usually at times when I become super concentrated or my chakras are being cleansed. This has been going on but since I dislike anything supernatural I brushed off the breeze as just my aura or some thing like that. Now these past two days that I am getting slight senses of energy present it's time to ask and not brush it off anymore. What do I do to find out its identity? (assuming there is an entity present) Does a breeze blowing on my body mean it is necessarily an entity, or can the aura indeed be felt as cold? Because I am unsure about sensing energy. Another note, it is not a chilly type of cold -- more like a slightly cold breeze.

This happens to me all the time. It is not necessarily an entity, it could just be your perception of nonphysical energy moving about.

Yea I agree with Anagogy. The first time I felt a spirit there was no question it was a spirit. I'm pretty sure my brain thought I was dead, I was overcome by intense fear and just completely shut down. It was pretty harmless though and I felt like an idiot after.

If you think it's a spirit tell it out loud to contact you in your dream or if you can get into deep meditative states try to contact it right when you feel it.

Thanks guys. I was clearing my third eye earlier ago when I had a clear flash of a beautiful blonde female smiling and holding something like a wand. There were stars above and around her head also. As soon as the flash was made clear I felt the breeze blow on me more intense than ever. I can now rest and know I'm in good hands.

alphamind when i work on the chakras, i sometimes feel a very cool breeze which tells me that the chakra needs healing or that there is a slight tear in the aura. Maybe this is what you are experiencing.
