Lucid Dream- What Can You Do?

Just wanted to know what abilities people had when Lucid. Are you able to fly or have super speed. Can you morph? Can you stop time? Can you rewind and do something different? There's endless posibilities here and I def. cannot name them all. I'm just curious and wondering what everyone's abilities are. And NO, it won't be held against you.

So, Let us know what you can do.

Speaking of sex. It is my intention to not do it myself and instead have vivd sex dreams, which I started last night and it was amazing, although I remembered only later today. Seems like you can hold on to sexual energy and attempt experiencing intercourse and release in "dreams".

Whatever you want to do you can then, although you might wake up once you realise you are "dreaming"..might take a few tries to continue and fullfill your wish in that zone, which hopefully is enlightening to you.

Breathing under water is great, feels funny. There's also the vivid nightmares which have one confined uncomfortably.

But like with anything...devoted practice proves to be key for a progress.

Like mentioned before I'ved Lucid for as long as I can remember. I'll share one experience that i'm still not sure of.

Well growing up I watch Nightmare On Elm Street like there was no tomorrow. I would dream that I was Freddy Krueger and go to peoples houses walk around. I wouldn't kill anyone but I would go in their kitchen and eat their food. No, I was never a fat kid growing up. Well, every dream would start the same by leaving my house then I would choose what direction to go. If I ended up in somep place that was boring or didn't care to go, I would rewind everything and start at my house again. It would be like pressing the back button while watching a DVD.
Well one time I went to this house and did what I usually did, eat thier food and walk around. I didn't think anything of it because it felt the same as the rest of them.
(Not Dreaming-Real World)About 3 months later I was walking around my neighborhood and there was this kid shooting hoops on his driveway. We all got aquainted and played a couple games. He then invited us in for some drinks and something to eat. Soon as I walked in his house Io felt a cold rush then warm and my hairs on my arms were standing up. I thought i was just dehydrated and needed some water or something. When we got to his kitchen that's when I knew I had been there before but I didn't say anything. "Make yourself at home and I got to pee and we don't have much food right now but grab something if you want. " he was telling us while heading towards the bathroom. At this point I was already looking thru the cabinets confirming what I knew. I would tell myself this is where that weird looking spoon was. here's the plastic cup with the crack tip on it. Here's this and that. I wanted to tell them that I had been there before and I knew the house and where pretty much everything was. Wanted to but couldn't and really. Some kid you just met tells you they been in your house in a dream and knew where things were isn't a converstation you just start. Plus I was 16 and definitely didn't want to be the only freak.
Overall, I knew the upstairs, what was in each room etc. So, what would I call this. It was in a Lucid dream when it started. I want to say some sort of OBE but I knew I was dreaming. There were things in that dream that didn't exist in the real world or on this plane. So what was it?
