What is the safest way to channel spirits?

That's hard to know i think. There are a couple different types of channelling though. Channelling can be used as an umbrella term for what a medium is, and relates and can include things like trance speech, clairvoyance, clairaudience, automatic writing etc.

There's that channelling where you connect with beings and pass on messages in a controlled fashion

Trance Channelling (where your give permission for your voice and body to be used) is like a willed possession. You really have to know who to trust for that - so it's preferable to be quite a skilled psychic/medium.

It would probably be most unwise to try and do it by yourself, or at all, if it is trance channelling. If you really want to, then search out a good teacher who can show you.

The safest way would probably be the method where you have the most control. For example, Trance channelling is not overall safe. But channelling as in, hearing voices and seeing images and passing those on to people, that's a heck of a lot safer. I would also undertake extensive protective measures, like the old spiritualists do, just to be have that peace of mind.

Thanks i am abld to see images and information about people even if they are strangers talking to me over the phone but i can not control it e.g. be able to switch it off.

I've prayed to Yahweh several times to be able to channel Angels.
I was able to channel the spirits of the dead but I wasn't able to channel Angels. Channelling the spirts of dead was very confusing and making me feel bad. After too many problems caused from channelling Yahweh decided to be able to channel Angels. Now I'm very happy and they are giving me nice advises and inform me for future events for planet Earth. They said to me we are not alone there are lots of spirits and Angels communicating with us. One note in order to channel an angel someone must be very faithful to Yahweh, never had sex which means to be virgin and be in trouble in some ways that needs help. Angels warned me that most probably after 400 years will be nuclear war on Earth, the end of the world because of the way of living, they don't respect human rights of faithful to Yahweh persons and right now they are on preparations. I enjoy my time channelling Angels and they are advising me for my next steps in my life. They told me I will live on another Earth like planet my next two lifetimes to fullfill my purpose surving Yahweh. Now I'm having very hard life ahead of me but I will try hard to fullfill my hope to become one of the sons of God Angel. That's few words of channelling for my lifetime here on planet Earth.
