Strange Vibrations...

[Justaquestion]

Ok, so this isnt something that has happened to me before until a couple weeks ago. But one night I was woken up by what sounded like a really loud vibration, like a cell phone sitting on a table but extremely loud. It felt like my entire head was vibrating. I had my hands crossed across my forehead and I could feel me pulling my head down. It got increasingly louder for a couple seconds and then just stopped. My hands released eachother and it felt like the blood was rushing back into my hands. I then fell asleep minutes later. I didnt think anything of it until it happened again. I was once again awoken by the vibrating, except my eyes were fully open this time. I couldnt move at all and it looked as though everything in my vision started to seperate from itself. Like there was an afterimage coming off of everything. I could here voices that sounded like they were whispering, but it was so loud I could here theyre words. I dont remember anything they said, but it was a fairly weird experience and I was wondering if anyone has any insight on this?

These are classic symptoms of an onset of an Out of Body Experience.... known by some as Astral Projection... and by others still as a Lucid Dream.

It's nothing to worry about as these hypnagogic effects are generally thought to arise from inside the mind (startlingly loud vibrations, voices, strange hallucinations) and are quite common on the sleep-wake border. If it happens again you may want to relax into it and begin to visualize a lucid dream destination in your mind's eye.... you will soon pop into it. Enjoy!!

Sure sounds like astral projection to me. Lucky you ) I am reading about it at the moment but am not lucky enough to have had the experience.
Do some research to settle your mind about the process and enjoy it )
