Questions on the Third Eye.

Hello, i was just wondering what it takes to open the Third Eye, and what does it feel like?

I do not know if mine is opened or not, but i do know i can see the "unseen"

Last night when i was meditating, i felt a tingling sensation i have felt before in my forehead, but this time i could feel it a bit more than before (does that make sense?) I could invision myself holding the gem i was feeling. (thank you angel A for the link you sent me in the other post)

Before i started meditating, i could feel this tingling sensation on my forehead, and when i got read to sleep (all lights off completely dark) i would close my eyes and still be able to see my entire room and every motion i made. (just as if my eyes were open and i could see in the dark)

So is this the possible Third Eye? If not, how do i open it?

Suppose that what you describe is the so called third eye. It's not a physical thing, but what makes you see without using your eyes or imagination.

If you already can do this it probably don't feel like anything at all. And activating or opening might just be a term for being able or realizing.

I do know the third eye isn't physical. I'm just wanting to know if ihave opened it, or maybe what i am experiencing is just a reacion of loose light burning an image into my eyes

If you do a yahoo search on "awakening the third-eye" you'll find many webpages that explain what it's like before, during and after you waken it. There's alot of information out there.....

I don't feel that it is your third eye, but it occurred in the same area of your mind where the third eye is located.

Usually when the third eye opens one sees into another dimension, with stress on the word another. Rarely does one see into this dimension and when one does it is usually of some far away place.

In addition, when third eye opens one sees through it like looking through a bay window, and I mean that literally.

You can tell that you are right in front of the third eye when in the dark you perceive an energy moving away from you and then disappearing as another energy again begins to move away from you and then disappear in sequence.

When looking at that energy, all of a sudden sometimes there appears a sort of tunnel, and sometimes the place where that is happening there appears an opening like an opening to daylight from when you are in a cave.
