Ways to excersise specific psychic abilities?

I believe I'm a telepathic cognate, since when I focus my energy on one person I feel their emotions, and, with a LOT of effort, I'm able to alter their feelings ever so slightly but it's really hard. I'm not sure what other abilities I have but I know I have some, like while looking at tarot cards I had these sensations that varied by the cards. I've also had dreams that came true often and have predicted things like the weather. I also find if I really focus I can move things ever so slightly (it's easier if they're in motion, like a rolling ball for example.) what are ways I can excersise these abilities and helpful techniques I can use to help and what exactly are these abilities?
