Ways to excersise specific psychic abilities?

I believe I'm a telepathic cognate, since when I focus my energy on one person I feel their emotions, and, with a LOT of effort, I'm able to alter their feelings ever so slightly but it's really hard. I'm not sure what other abilities I have but I know I have some, like while looking at tarot cards I had these sensations that varied by the cards. I've also had dreams that came true often and have predicted things like the weather. I also find if I really focus I can move things ever so slightly (it's easier if they're in motion, like a rolling ball for example.) what are ways I can excersise these abilities and helpful techniques I can use to help and what exactly are these abilities? Telepathy is the link between all creatures, and it's mostly a state of mind if one realizes it or not, so by accepting it it might become more obvious.

I would not recommend that you try and deliberately change other peoples feelings though, what if they do the same to you.

What you're describing in the first part is empathy, which is the ability to sense what others are feeling and also pick up their surface thoughts. The ability to make others feel an emotion you want them to feel is called Empathic Transfer. If you use that ability to your gain, you are a darkworker. If you use the ability to help people feel love, if they so choose, then that is more lightworky.

Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with your will. you could keep practicing that, but most people have such limited success that it's hardly worth it.

The first thing is definitely empathy. There are many empaths in the forum (me included), so I bet you can find lots of help here! We have threads about empathy from time to time too. If you have any questions after looking around for some info, you can open one yourself. Suggestion: maybe seeking to love and understand peoples' feelings instead of controlling them would help you gain more access (at least this seems to help me. Others may have diffrent opinions. I never managed to get good results towards darkworking, so I can't advise you that way )
Judging by the other stuff you feel you may be leaning towards clairvoyance, too (but with feelings, not visions, at least for now). But I suspect this and empathy are close abilities, so aiding the one could help the other, too.

I'm not using my emotion changing ability to my own benefit, I would never haha I just use it to try and cheer up those close to me when they're upset

I discovered his ability when I sensed my friend being upset, I focus on her while trying to think of as many happy things as I could, causing it to be difficult to focus, but I did feel a slight change, very slight change, in her mood toward positivity. I then texted her asking if she feels better and she, knowing of my abilities, said a little, so it wasn't to my advantage or very much either

Wearing a piece of amethyst would probably help you develop your psychic abilities. I would look into amethyst pendants on the Internet, unless of course you have a crystal store near where you live. I would surround myself with amethyst... this is a great stone for these times!

Oh and I've visualized things in dreams, but they were entirely random, but all came true. I hardly ever remember my dreams but when I do their either lucid or clairvoyant

Thanks, I actually have some amethyst simply because I love the crystal, but why specifically amethyst? If you don't mind me asking, I'm sorta new at this

Amethyst activates the crown chakra, at the top of the head. This chakra has to do with my psychic abilities, telepathy being one. Also, amethyst has a very centering and calming energy to it, these two attributes help boost psychic abilities.

I would look into any crystals or stones that activate the 6th and 7th chakras, for enhancing your psychic abilities. I also love blue lapis, this stone always makes me more psychic when I wear it... I can even sense people's thoughts when I have it on. You might want to try this one too in a pendant, or just holding a piece in each hand.

Thanks so much, I'll definitely look into getting some, I actually find I'm able to tell when people I know well are thinking of me, I tested this by feeling when a guy who liked me though of me ( I discovered my abilities rely 8th grade, I'm not going into 9th) and wrote down the ones I noticed it, then talked to him about it and had all the times dead on, so I can already sense peoes thoughts slightly

I'm not telepathic, but I have experienced undeniable psychic phenomenon that would make me feel comfortable labeling myself as someone with psychic abilities. It all happens in a dream state with me though. I've received messages from people who have died that I used to know, I've had accurate predictions of future events in my life, a lot of different stuff. Unfortunately, it all has to do with me. I never was able to do anything psychic for other people. Actually, now that I think about it, if I can receive messages from people who have passed, maybe I am telepathic...but for some reason I can only receive, I can't send.

The only thing that develops it more, in my experience, is using it more. And being open to it.

Also what I eat has a HUGE impact on my psychic ability. When I'm eating right and working out, I can have these dreams almost on a nightly basis. When I stuff my body with junk food and lay on the couch all day, I can go a month or two without one psychic dream.

Haha well I have a high metabolism so I'm always hungry and end up stuffing my face a lot, I am 14 afterall, but I'm still rather healthy, that's really cool though, ive never been contacted by the dead.

Speaking of food that makes you more psychic, I heard from two very reputable sources that eating pineapples or drinking pineapple juice is VERY helpful. In an angel book the angels said pineapples are #1 for helping with psychic abilities, I also used to know a retired military remote viewer who also noted pineapples are super good for you (he found out about this in the military) as far as enhancing remote viewing abilities. I've tried to drink as much pineapple juice as I could, on a dialy basis once and didn't notice any difference.... but you might want to try it, just to see for yourself!

Well that's awesome since it just happens to be summer and I just happen to love pineapple haha I'll try it out and tell you if it helps out, I notice that I can work faster while listening to white noise, maybe since it blocks distactions, you should try that!
