Dream Vibrations?

I had a weird experience today and was wondering if anyone else has any input.

So yesterday night I got absolutely no sleep. Now, I've had nights where I've gotten maybe two hours of sleep before, but being up all night for me is a rare occurrence. So around noon today, I was feeling pretty exhausted and decided to take a nap.

Right before I wake up though, I had this incredibly strange experience. The only way I know how to describe it is, it felt like my unconscious mind was vibrating intensely. It felt almost like an intense vertigo, although instead of spinning, it felt like a very rapid back and forth sensation. I don't know why, but I also got this overwhelming feeling like someone or something was trying to communicate with me, but just couldn't get through.

Anyone experience anything like this before, or have any interpretations as to what it could mean? It was a bit strange because, even though I slept for a total of about an hour and a half (over a maybe 30 hour period), I felt incredibly lucid and awake after that nap, and had an enormous amount of energy (in fact, even more so than I do on an average amount of sleep). Any thoughts?
