ok this is a little trick i learned, it`s simple, it`s old, but it works.

visualize yourself as a source of light and that radient light around you and in you is clearing your energy, your soul anything you focus on.
this way you use a simple visualisation to focus on a problem with positive energy.

now that is my trick for now.

from certain sources i have gathered that my aura is white at the center with purple sourounding and slight magenta at the edges. it helps me to visualize it, and i carry it with me wherever i go. i also use a honeysuckle ooil based water spray(honeysuckle is earth based, and im a virgo so i dont know but thats what i was told) that i spray around myself to clear my aura. i also spray it on my crown and brow shakras to clear the energy and to ward off the bad. although none of this in itself does the work, the act of doing it reinforces the shield. also, most importantly, knowing that the shield is there and that nothing can get to me is all i rally need, and it works like a charm.

my aura resembles fire, it moves like fire, it behaves like fire.
some people don`t like that as it can agitate them or make them feel uncomfortable, so i withdraw my aura closer to myself, and sometimes i just relocate it somewhere safe.


relocation technique, an aura is connected, so you just keep it connected within you, and use dimensional space to make a secure room where you can store your energetic stuff, such as your aura.
handy but a bit difficult to uttilize when you don`t know how.
