new gift?

I just wanted to know what its called and what it is.

I can feel bad sprites.
I can feel energy
I have healed friends
they have told me that they have felt something. when i asked them what they felt they said they didnt know, i have asked them where on there body, they have said every where.

if you could plz tell me what it is called that i can do plz tell me. im very lost :confused: and also i would like to grow on my gift. if there are anyone out there plz help me.
