Akashic Records and Authentic Response sessions
Given the economic situation right now, the fact that many people really need a hand in releasing conflict to manifest what they truly want, and that we're in store for some more transformational shifting in June and July, I wanted to temporarily offer sessions for forum members at a reduced price if you need it.
The Akashic Records sessions are helpful to see things like life purpose, karmic conditions, relationship dynamics, unresolved conflicts, past lives, future probabilities, influencing lifetime dynamics, resources and more. It can be helpful to see the overall picture and greater insights to specific questions.
The Authentic Response sessions are a great compliment to the Akashic Records work, because we work together so I can teach you how to release blocks like social/family conditioning, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, limiting beliefs, judgments, unresolved trauma, and blocked emotions. These sessions are very essential, especially right now, because they will help you transform your life at a rapid rate.
I've seen clients since 1993, internationally since 2003, and my usual rates are $125-300/hr for individual work depending on the session, even higher for corporate work. If you're sincere about wanting to change your life by learning how to give yourself what you truly need in the moment, then contact me through this thread or through a pm and we'll find a fee that works for your situation. Let's set the lower limit at $50, then based on your economic situation I'll offer a sliding scale.
If you have general questions, feel free to post them on this thread so everyone benefits.
I want to say that Chris is a really, really fantastic person to work with. He has given me advices and such that are helping with my head pain so much! Oh my gosh there are so many great people on this forum! :D
EDIT: And these head pains have been with me just recently. They've been driving me crazy, but thanks to Chris and a couple of other folks I am becoming more sane and life's just good! :)
I read your thread on Akashic Records.
You mentionned few times that instead of "reacting" we need to "respond"
is that part of your readings? pin point an issue and bring attention to "reactions" and "responses"?
Can you give few exemples how such sessions benefited your clients?
Isz - Thanks for asking! Some more clarification would probably help. :p
The Records show that life is composed of an event and a response (or a partial response that I call a reaction). So whether I'm giving an Akashic reading or an Authentic Response session, the focus is always on how to create more consciousness so that we can respond with greater and greater awareness and love. Our response can totally transform our circumstances, and is the only thing we really OWN while we're alive.
So an Akashic reading can definitely point out where we are reactive vs responsive, and offer some possible courses of action to complete with whatever is going on, and much more. The Authentic Response sessions will walk you step by step, to show you how to use any situation to become more conscious, so that every reaction gets turned into a response.
We know when we are reacting, because life will tend to repeat itself (similar jobs, similar issues w relationships, same limiting beliefs playing in our head, etc). A reaction is a partial body-soul expression, based on the past/future, motivated by conflict (i.e. fear, doubt), with an intent to control the outcome (i.e. if I'm tough then I'll never get hurt again). A response is a present-oriented, full body-soul expression, unrehearsed, motivated by our intention to be present, where our intention equals our outcome (i.e. I want to express love to feel loving).
Reaction - Helping others but feeling like we're over-riding ourselves and being a victim.
Response - Treating ourselves like we would treat our most beloved child, partner or friend. Then from being fully embodied, asking for what we want in each moment.
Reaction - Feeling like we're not a part of the team at work because we don't get properly acknowledged/recognized by our boss/co-workers.
Response - Slowing down and acknowledging ourselves whenever we need to so that we aren't projecting onto others. Actively acknowledging others and looking for something in common with them instead of strugglng with them.
Reaction - Having difficulties in relationships because we were abused, our parents neglected us, or we didn't have parents.
Response - Creating healthy boundaries and safety, which helps us identify our needs by witnessing what is happening in the present moment. Finding or creating a role model for parents so that we can start "marinating" in the qualities that we always wanted for parents. Becoming our own parent. Experiencing in our bodies that we are safe, welcome, and can have our needs met - so that we can create healthy agreements within our relationships.
Reaction - It isn't okay to say no
Response - By saying no when I need to, I'm saying yes to myself.
Reaction - I have to maintain a strong boundary all the time or I'll get hurt.
Response - I can shift my physical and energetic boundaries whenever I want, based on if I want to push away toxicity or receive nourishment.
I'll give you a big example of a client experience. I had one client that was sexually abused by her dad for 10 years. Within 1 month of working with her she was able to safely feel her emotions. Within 1 year (she was 37), she was in her first relationship that wasn't a re-enactment of her relationship w her dad, and she had been in talk therapy for years already. Other examples include manifesting a career/job, promotions, moving to a new location, stronger relationships - you name it.
Until we release our conflict, we continue to attract/manifest things that will help us resolve it. When we are conflict-free, we manifest our heart's desire.
What a great explanation of the difference between an A.R session and an Authentic Response session! I guess, for it to work people must really want to better their life... (just thinking about "someone" you told me those kind of sessions would be good for).
Anyway, I'll keep this in mind if you ever teach how to be an authentic response coach (not right now but in the future when my littlies are going to school and are relying less on me, I want to work in the alternative healing area using different types of modalities, and that "authentic response" modality sounds very good indeed).
Chris is awesome! I highly recommend him. :)
Weena - The Response sessions really call on us to be response able for ourselves so that we can transform our world. It's for people who want to take the next step past an Akashic Reading so that they can actually manifest their vision of life.
I'm creating training modules right now, plus writing several books. All the trainings start with the self-knowledge/conflict release module, then branch out depending on what your focus is - Intuitive and Akashic Records training, Conscious Effortless Life training, Response Coaching training. Several of the modules are already done and I'm working on the others!
Kali - Thanks so much!
AngelPsychic - Thanks for being so patient with me. I'm glad the reading was accurate for you! Keep me posted on the "Angel Network" or any other developments. ;)
Summerbreeze - Thanks for playing with me. It's always a pleasure to become re-acquainted with friends. Let me know if you would like to dance some more.
Thank you Chris, it was my pleasure.
After having a session I tend to say, that he has a grounded and direct style to get close to the matter and make it feel comfortbale at the same time.
I also learned a thing or two about how to do readings by observing ;)
To the reaction/response distinction, if we don't know what to do to feel better or what is the more 'real', empowering perspective, we can take few things in consideration if we want.
It's helpful to relax more when there are obvious negative influences, because on the one hand it will help us and our environment to be not as negatively influenced, as also we keep ourselves open to our own stream of consciousness for 'higher vibrating' solutions.
To become aware of the space between stimulus and response and the very own interpretations that fill that space. Things have no built-in or consensus meaning, which is wonderful, because we can give it the meaning we want, we are creating our own stories by that, you might look for something that aligns with your heart path. On the downside we can get easily conditioned if we don't become aware that it is our own choice to this changeable interpretation. Sometimes the urge to do things right or want to be right about something can bring some conflict in here, because these mostly come from a more shallow source - means you give it it the meaning you think you are supposed to give it not you really want to give it. You really have the choice of what you experience in your life.
Reality usually doesn't change instantly, but by definition we already have changed when we respond differently to our environment.
Also don't be discouraged if things don't instanly change, often we get just the echo back of what we put out in the past, the echo of the new thing we are putting out just didn't override it yet.
In general you don't have to know much about these things or have a great interest in how things work, but changing your response is a powerful and realistic thing to change your life to the better, you put many things to work by it, because by the nature of things Interpretation is a step that comes before most of the other things we do (emotional reactions, thinking, taking actions) and its graspable/practicable.
Enjoy and love yourself more, this will make many things also on the outside easier.:)
Best of luck with all that's ahead or waiting!
Thank you very mouch ChrisL for your reading! I am impressed by how accurate it is! The past lives you discussed, which were around 7 or so, were very close to what I had already suspected, and also tied in well to this lifetime, so you gave me great insight into them. They answered many of my questions about why I'm doing certain things in this lifetime. You also gave me some ideas of what will happen this year and next year, for my spiritual growth, which are VERY interesting, since I kind of thought I'm going to go through many ascension symptoms anyway, now I have a better idea of what to expect, the next year and a half should be "groundbreaking" for me.
You also came through with some information that my guides and angels have been gently letting me know about, as far as my life purpose goes, that didn't surprize me. I'm involved in my life purpose now, I just have to come out more, as time goes by, and reach more people.
So thank you ChrisL for a FANTASTIC reading, I'll highly recommend you to all my friends. Everyone reading this should talk to ChrisL about his services, he's doing a great job, we are lucky to have him here!!
I am a little fazed out whilst I write this, so I do apologise, but I wanted to write this now because I feel it to be crucial! :D
I just had my first reading with Chris and it was -incredible-. Chris already knew the main questions I wished to ask about before I asked them and he verified, clarified and expanded upon ideas that had been rushing through my head but had been putting themselves down. With Chris' help I've gained much more confidence in certain choices I wish to make - everything he said seemed to resonate with me deeply and simply listening to what he had to say was raising my vibrations.
I now feel a lot more in touch with my path in regards to spiritual progression, careers, my choice of location, relationships on a platonic and sexual level and my natural affinities to certain hobbies and activities. Gaining this information from your past lives and whatnot is so helpful and comforting! Besides, simply finding out about your past lives is really awesome, too! :)
I would highly recommend these readings to anyone. Not only is Chris clearly incredibly skilled in this area, but he is also very fun, pleasant and easy to talk with :)
Thank you Chris for a wonderful reading!
Aloha nui loa,
Fantastic reading! :D My very first akashic record reading! It was very helpful and just what I needed to expand my knowledge. I've been wondering about my past lives for a 'very' long time, but I couldn't find an akashic record psychic.
On a completely unrelated note - One of the things Chris mentioned, I was literally looking into the day before. It was just way too random to pick up without psychic abilities.
Another thing I figured out during the reading was my life's purpose. It was good to finally have an idea of what that really was supposed to be.
Chris is also a fellow soul group member, and the first one I've met that I'm aware of!
I will definitely consider another reading sometime in the next 6 months.
Very happy with the reading! It also happens to be the day that I graduated high school, oddly enough! Lol. I had to take this final exam math test directly after the reading, and lucky me, I passed it! That's the last class I needed to pass! :D
So I graduated high school and got my first akashic reading, all in the same day!
Thanks for the kudos SB, AP, Jack and Infinity! I look forward to playing more with you all.
Everyone - We have the Akashic Records thread to dive into to discover more about them, but I haven't discussed the importance of releasing conflict and shifting from a reaction to a response, so I'll mention more about it occasionally on this thread.
I've said this before, but it's our own internal conflict that creates what we call karma. Karma is not an outside imposed agenda. If we are holding onto anything, from any lifetime, we will guarantee some kind of setup of external circumstances to help us release it. A response right now, cleans up any karmic influence, like dropping a stone in a pond and watching it ripple out into the lifetimes.
How do we know if we have conflict and need to respond more? Take a look at your core beliefs and see if your thoughts, feelings, words and actions are integrated. The healthy core beliefs will be things like: I'm safe, I'm loved, I'm welcome, I can have my needs met, I can be myself and be in relationship, I can say no, I can ask for support, I can express emotions and be vulnerable, I can express my sexuality.
If we have any area of our lives that we are playing the victim, holding onto the past, projecting onto others, gossiping, blaming, shaming, not forgiving, having addictive/repetitive behaviors, having addictive/repetitive behaviors (that was a joke to see if you're paying attention) :p, resisting change, struggling, needing to be right about something - all of those conditions will lead to a reaction and not a response.
When we have conflict, it affects our relationships, our ability to communicate, our ability to manifest, our spiritual path, our health - pretty much everything.
What happens when we try to manifest or attract our heart's desire? When light shines through a stained-glass window, only a reflection of the picture in the glass comes out on the other side. When we have conflict, what we're trying to attract, ends up resembling our conflict, just like the light through the stained glass. When we're free of conflict, it's like shining light through a clear piece of glass. The pure light goes through unchanged - just like the energy we place into calling our heart's desire. So what we attract is a pure reflection of what we want.
More to come later.
Some recent evidence to support Chris's reading was accurate for me. Other than just going by resonance. I jumped a little when I ran into it, because of the exact same words used in the reading. I'd never even heard of personal power until the reading I had with Chris.
In the reading he said that my life's purpose was 'personal power.'
I kept seeing bumblebees on this one particular day that I went to visit my old house. I actually only saw them twice (But they buzzed right by my head) and then my old-neighbor mentioned bees a little later that day, which really threw up a flag in my mind.
I felt like I should google 'poweranimal bumblebees' just for the fun of it when I came home. I wasn't expecting anything special, but I found a little validation for the reading when I saw that one of their traits is personal power.
Bumblebee, Power Animal, Symbol of Community, Sun, Personal Power
It's too random for me to make up. :)
When I was learning more about the records with Chris he came up with a root of a phobia for me. It was a few months after I sorted that phobia out but it really hit the nail on the head, because I had tried to do a regression by myself (to not avail). I only got to that part where I knew I just hated birds, I feared them, I feared they would eat me/peck at my body and most of all that I was powerless in retaliating against the damn things. Turns out, according to Chris I had a life where I was eaten by birds whilst not quite dead yet (on a cross)(hope you're not eating as you read this). It was like the last straw to have closure ;). Now I go out on my deck even if big ugly currawongs are sitting there :p.
My two cents...in case anyone is curious about their own problems that find no explanation in this life time.
The way they move through the water, and jump out of the water.... Seems like every picture of them is the same. It isn't even killer whales (The lethal type of the whales) that scare me. I don't mind those actually. It's like regular big plankton-eating whales.
I'd be on a trip straight to he-ll if I went whale watching. Luckfully I live nowhere near whales haha.
That's when first realized it wasn't a normal fear. :)
I only rarely have to deal with it though, so that's nice. If it happens to come up on a commercial or something....
Before that I figured everyone hated whales as much as I did. I heard they have really high vibrations though along with dolphins.
They still scare the living h*ll out of me.
I had a science teacher who thought that getting the live pigeon he was holding very close to me was amusing :( (was really really not). Seriously, I was not making fun of you, though. I was laughing at how you formulated the watching the video to double check on your fear. ;)
hey, I just read your account of past life in the other topic :) interesting isn't it, to see certain patterns? I guess I'm hijacking if I talk about it here, maybe I'll move onto the appropriate topic ;) see ya there.
Weena and Infinity - Thanks for chatting about your issues on this thread. It helps people to understand that they can get to the core of an issue and do some healing!
Infinity - Doing a reading is one way to discover what this is about. Another way to see what the whale issue is about and complete with it, is doing some conscious breathwork and concentrating on your feeling about whales to see what comes up. You can try this laying down flat on your back, or even crouching on all fours.
Think of your breath as a wave. Do full yogic breaths - meaning, inhale first from the abdomen, then solar plexus, and finally the chest. When you exhale, reverse the breath - exhale from the chest, solar plexus, then abdomen.
Breathe through your nose only. Start slowly and hold it for 5-10 minutes. Then you can pick up the pace. Concentrate on how you feel about whales. You might have various emotions coming up. Let it happen. You might have some glimpse or epiphany about the situation - let it happen.
This is just the basic form. Talk to me in a pm if you really want to do this. This method will not only allow you to get to the heart of the issue, but will help you heal from it.
PS - One summer I actually worked with dolphins, and we were part of the Marine Mammal Strand Network. We rescued a baby sperm whale and cared for him - I was lucky enough to be floating in the water next to him, taking his pulse and helping to feed him. Despite being over 15 feet long, he was such a gentle guy. He felt like a big cuddly cucumber! The dolphins in the adjacent pools where getting freaked out, but even they calmed down after awhile. Because we didn't know the exact "baby" formula to feed him, and perhaps because we weren't energetically sending enough love to him, he died after a few weeks.
Tasmania is full of them too (whale AND dolphins). I once saw a small pod (of dolphins) playing right at the docks in Hobart. Amazing. And some of my friends saw the hugest pod ever (I have the photo they took...you can't count the dolphins, there are so many!!!). Can you guess i have a thing for dolphins? ;)
That made my hands go really numb, haha. Could that improve circulation? That's a really cool exercise.
I don't think I died from a whale. Unless my second theory (which didn't really line up) is correct and I was drug underwater by a whale.
I found myself in the middle of the ocean (Dark blue water), and I'm not sure about the events that lead up to being in the water with a whale. When I realized how big it was I got this really eerie feeling. It was just swimming by the top of the water. It's like halfway above the water and halfway under the water. It reminds me of like a sea serpent slithering through the water. Which I also happen to be afraid of.
That seems to line up with the energy I feel about it. A really eerie feeling.
I think I have a lot of bad memories tied to being in the middle of the ocean.
I think doing this gave me a brief look at a past life memory. I don't know if it was related to that life or another life, but I saw this coastal town that was built on these hills straight down to the ocean. It was a nice sunny day. Cobblestone streets.
EDIT: That WWII life, I did see a guy with a goatee. I looked up what a goatee was earlier, haha. I always thought that style was a beard except without the excessive facial hair on the side of the face. It was a goatee and then the top part was a connected moustache (How wikipedia describes it). A clean-cut beard! :D That's what I saw! I was on track!
It wasn't at all what I was expecting either. I think that's a little validation it wasn't my imagination!
Infinity - When we do it for a longer periods of time, we can have the feeling of our face, feet, and hands going numb/tingly from all the energy. When we have conflict, it shows up in our etheric body as a darker spot or even a hole in our etheric body. One thing that happens when we feel scared/stuck is that we change our breathing - either making it shallow or even holding it in. With the holotropic breathwork, we reconnect to our breath and send the energy to our etheric body to "clear out" the conflict. And since our memories are stored in our etheric bodies - which are also "uploaded" into the Akashic Records - we also can reconnect with memories that are stored there when we are doing this type of breathwork.
Part of the fear seems to stem from "sea monster" stories in that lifetime, and then having an experience of being around a whale in the water. Do some more breathwork and let us know what you discover.
Yes, sometimes what we discover can seem quite different than what we expected!
Everyone - It seems that we start trading our authenticity from age 0-5 when we learn that it's more important to take on survival and success strategies than to be ourselves, that it's more important to be externally-validating than internally-validating.
What helps us track ourselves to see if we are holding these character strategies?
More to come later!
Hey Chris, I had the feeling to contact you just now.
Do you think you can help me with my procrastination problem? I don't know why, but at the moment of all times it's become crippling.
My financial situation is rather choppy too (which has something to do with my lack of action). So the flexible rates could be helpful... I think the maximum I could pay at the moment would be... 75€, and the amount I would feel most comfortable at my end about 50€.
Andrew - Hmmm...procrastination. Let's talk about it later. Just kidding.
This is a personal power issue for you which is having a halo effect on your money and decisions. Let's talk more about it in a pm and yes I'm still offering the sessions based on affordability for now.
I remember very clearly (The one thing I'm almost sure of) this whale spraying water while I was on a ship and surprising me. This is where my hatred for whales began, but I don't think that it ended with that experience.
So far, that's all I can remember. I'll keep trying to see what comes up.
EDIT: Maybe I had a past life as a plankton? :)
edit : nevermind
