I seem to be "losing" my clairvoyant abilities which seemed quite a bit stronger a year ago. The visions are becoming fewer and more far between, and they are fainter now. They are only really strong right when I wake up from sleep in the middle of the night. They used to also happen before I fell asleep at bedtime and when I woke up in the morning but now that doesn't happen as much.
I think that when I am awake, I have a difficult time getting into the alpha state when meditating or just before I go to sleep. I am probably just too impatient. And I realize that my diet and exercise patterns may have something to do with it, although those haven't changed much in the last year so the visions were happening with the same circumstances.
Does anyone have any hints about getting more completely into the alpha state?
