Subconscious mind-higher mind question.

Ok. I have some questions here.
-How does the subconscious mind relate or connect with the higher self? Are they both the same or different?

-Do flashes of intuition, creative ideas etc come from SM or HM?

-What happens during hypnosis? Can you connect with your higher self then? In the book 'the power of SM' by Joseph murphy he talks about miraculous stuff happening by influencing SM through beliefs. So how does HM fit in here?

- Do you manifest through suggestions to SM or HM? Actually how does manifestation work in the context of conscious, subconscious and higher mind?

I know for most of you here these could be pretty basic even sillyquestions. But I've been really confused with the terminologies n their function.
I'd really like some help here. Appreciate any clarification.Thank you.

This Is my take on this .

I think what we need to establish first Is what we are . What we are cannot be known or described within any mind state because what we are Is beyond mind . So perhaps In that respect any mind state whether It be conscious mind or subconscious mind Is not what we are so cannot relate to our higher or lower selves . The mind / consciousness only allows what we are to experience life . Awareness allows us to be aware of what we are conscious of .

If we now speak of what we are experiencing duality In mind then we can evaluate / compare how much of what we are Is In expression of just that within mind .

If what we are Is an energy that Is like the purest of love, joy peace etc, that Is all merged Into one energy then how many people are expressing that? Some regard the lower self as an individual energy In experience that Is not expressing that self love and someone that Is expressing self love Is In connection with their higher self .

What Is stopping an Individual from expressing self love? . What Is stopping an individual from being In expression of their true nature . Many many things I would say .

Many memories of past life experiences / knowledge have come to the fore via self enquiry via the subconscious part of mind that were not pleasant to say the least so there Is no preference to higher or lower self residing within the subconscious .

I would say that what we are can be expressed within our individual conscious mind although much of what resides within our conscious state needs to be purified, transmuted etc for such a thing to happen .

So basically In my eyes all that we are Is present and can be expressed within consciousness, how much of what we are that Is In expression Is up to each Individual . It’s not easy to say the least . The subconscious mind Is not our higher self and our higher expression does not flow any greater within it, It just holds Information that we are not conscious of . Any knowledge that we are not conscious of Is therefore not coming from our higher self because any knowledge Is not an expression of what we are . What we are Is beyond mind and beyond knowledge and reason .
