Feeling Presence

I'm not sure how to go about adequately explaining this but I'll try.

Last night while falling asleep I began to feel the hairs on my body stand up and I felt like a presence was surrounding me. The presence felt both warm and cold. Like there was a cool breeze and a warm fuzzy feeling about it. Now this presence wasn't exactly "scary" but the fact that there was something in my room that I could not see freaks me out. Now this has happened many times before and it usually only happens when I am in my room alone. But this time (and a few other times) it happened when I was in my mom's room.

My mind can't make sense of it and I know this because my thoughts start racing as I get a bunch of visuals trying to make sense of what the presence is. I also start having an increase in mental dialogue that runs through my head so I know my brain is trying to work it all out but it can't.

When I begin to feel the presence, my body's vibration increases and I immediately stop identifying with my thoughts. In fact, a point reaches where all thoughts stop and I'm just in the present staring at the back of my eyelids. Well this particular night, the presence woke me up and so I opened my eyes and in the corner of my eyes I saw a really quick, bright flash of light where I felt the presence was! I have no idea what it is. But then all of a sudden my vision got brighter and it was like I could see. I mean I could really see. My vision got clearer and everything. I also felt like a small jolt go from the top of my head all the way down my hands and I started itching and shaking.

The other thing too is that sometimes I hear little voices like, "trust in God", "have faith!", "relax", "Wake up!", "Look around!" and so I get really shaky because I don't know if I'm talking to myself or if something's talking to me. When I get deep and try to relax and close my eyes, when I open them again sometimes the image of the room changes until my brain jumps and tries to make sense of everything and then the images disappear. This has been happening for a while.

But if anyone has any ideas of what this could be, I would really appreciate it.

We have very many visits, but most of us are filtering it out or are to unconscious or insensitive to recognize the presence.

Sounds like you are intuitive and slowly making contact with guides or other benevolent beings.
The cool breeze could be from a angelic being, often you will get energy in your heart chakra, try staying calm in your mind.

Let it develop, you can make intentions, but don't force it, if it's important you surely will find out.

I'll admit, I was a little worried as I didn't know if they were "good" or "bad". I've had my mind fed scary stuff. I have been praying a lot and asking God to help me develop my natural abilities and to discover my true individual purpose. I guess He heard me.

I'll place my trust in Him and calm my mind.

So I went to take a nap and the feeling of presence rose again and a wave of peace went over me along with the vibratory increase. This time I didn't get scared and I "let go and let God" and then I fell asleep. When I woke up it was like sleeping on clouds it felt so good!

HOWEVER,

That night as I tried to go to sleep, I began to feel the vibratory changes and presence again. This time, the waves touched the area around my heart and my stomach and a HUGE warm sensation spread through my body. I tried to ignore it but it was a luke warm feeling and my vibration got really fast. I tried to ignore it and closed my eyes so that I could go to sleep and I felt like something started buzzing and tapping fast and annoyingly on my third eye area (the area between my forehead). I got really scared because I didn't know what it was so I got up and started praying again to ask God to protect me. The thing didn't really tap on my 3rd eye again but for the entire night until I fell asleep the vibratory feelings and warmth in my heart and stomach remained.
