Ghosts and lost souls

This is a letter I received from my friend who is a Shaman. She has given me permission to post this email. It really helped explain a few things I have been dealing with. I hope it finds it's way to those of you who could use a little validation.

I have heard from many of you over the past several weeks regarding ghosts or lost souls who have found their way into you home and or work space.

I have received channeled communication from my Master Teacher, Running Bear.

He speaks for the collective consciousness and they would like to let you all know what is happening.

They say that with the shifting of energy, we are now in the energy of 2012,
many spirits especially those how have passed suddenly or drug induced have not realized they are dead. Many of those souls*who have lived in the unconscious realm are feeling the shift which are causing them to seek the light. Many portals are moving and shifting at this time. Many of you have lived in homes for several years with no*sighting only to have spirits appear suddenly.*

These Souls see you as the light, because you are. Most often there is nothing to fear from these souls, they just need help. Remember most of these spirits had families and were children and parents.

There are a few things you can do to help these souls. The first thing is to release your fear of our spirit friends. Understand that 99.9 percent of the spirits that find their way to you are harmless, they are just lost and need
your help. Please don't get caught up in those dramatic movies or TV shows. They only create fear.

The second thing is to call in your Spirit guides and Angels to help the souls pass to the light. Our Angels and Guides are our connection to the spirit realm. They will connect those lost souls to their loved ones on the other side.

The third thing is to pray for those souls, prayer raises the vibration and allows those stuck to move forward.
