The brain frequecies

I've got a binaural mp3 that is designed to cycle trough all different brain frequecies. Here's the description:

i've tried it at midnight when everyone was asleep and no sound could disturb me. I as laying down on my bed listening to it with my eyes closed. A few minutes later, i've got a feeling of being very very light. My body was as light as a feather and i had the sensation of going up. It was incredible.

Is this what we feel when our brain frequecies are in alpha or theta at the same time as being fully conscious?
Some peaple says that theta and delta are the key for meditation, astral projection etc...
