The analogy is great, let's see the shifts as Chuck Norris kicking the dam and I be happy

Does it indicate too, that were will more likely happen enlightenments from your viewpoint, as can enlightenment be helped to be achieved by let's say other influences than just releasing own conflict?
I'm having many beautiful dreams about enlightenment and U.F.O's/E.T. etc. So I thought this will increase in our collective in the next years.

Thanks btw!

Summerbreeze - There will be an impulse for people to want to become enlightened in 2011-2012, but after that, because of the influence of collective unification, the individual impulse for wanting to become enlightened might lessen. For most people it will feel like the routine struggle has dropped and they just want to relax for awhile! And yet there will be more and more people waking up as time progresses. It's like popcorn - everyone in their own time.

Enlightenment is a consistent state of no internal conflict - living from the Oversoul perspective. It really is up to us to release our blinders and experience life from a fuller perspective. Completely loving and accepting ourselves, no matter which methods or techniques we want to use, will take us there.

Everything influences everything else. As a member of our soul group, each time one of our members goes through something (i.e. a conflict, a transformation, an awakening), we ourselves share in the effects of it. To a lesser degree, as a member of a any group (i.e. organization, nation, religion, family, corporation, etc) we share in the dynamics of that energy too.

We can also use resources/experiences from other lifetimes, either by asking to have an experience beyond this life before we go to sleep (or even awake), or by other conscious means to shift our perspective of reality (i.e. deeply loving relationships, meditation, astral projection, Akashic Records, etc).

Relate to it all. Thanks.

I have the urge to recover and recover and I'm honestly not doing much more than education and exploring from at home. If I follow inspiration I would now walk on the street without knowing where exactly I'm heading as I also feel often 'paralyzed' by excitement, sometimes so strong I even can't finish reading/writing a text without stopping and breathing. I'm happy and more loving than before, beliefs change more easily.

My heart goes out to people who struggle with their old ways, see what your guides can offer you on new perspectives and hints, often just changing the response will manifest better circumstances. If you are desperate I offer my help and connect, as I like doing it anyway.

Summerbreeze - You are exactly right! Shifting our response changes our outcome and changes our circumstances. So if we want to change our lives, we don't try to control our external circumstances (which can be really tiring) as much as shift our response.

Changing a pattern of behavior can be relatively easy, but shifting core beliefs can be tough. Please everyone, enlist the help of someone and don't try to do this alone if you're going through a tough time. And there are all kinds of people on this forum who are offering help of all sorts.

Could this be the reason why lately I feel very drawn to working at night and sleeping in the day time?

And sleeping a lot more as well as dreaming a lot more?

I had a freaky dream the other day that feels very true about the grandfather of my husband as a ghost (I don't know him in real life and we don't know if he still lives or not).

I'm still ignoring it, because I firmly believe that if I don't believe, I cannot see, hear and feel them.
If I thought I'd be strong enough to deal with it, I might open up a little bit... for now it feels too dangerous... too scary. Although in my dream I wasn't scared at all, but my husband was protecting me as well...

Ssandra - Thanks for sharing. There could be various reasons, but yes this could be the reason your sleeping patterns have changed. Many times we are not only integrating our life while we sleep, but we are also helping out others around the world. Especially right now when so much is going on around the world, our sleep might get disturbed at night (i.e. awake for a few hours), and we might sleep better during the day.

Not believing is not always enough to shut down our experience of something, especially if we have an agreement with someone prior to incarnating - but you can ask for a certain experience. If you want/don't want to have an experience (i.e. you don't want to experience the grandfather, you want to rest and not help out at night), simply ask for it. There have been numerous times where I've said "Look, I don't care what other agreements I've made, I simply need to rest tonight and not work". Not only did I get some great sleep, but a few times I've even been on a "spontaneous" vacation - swimming, snorkeling, beach time - it was fun and humorous to me that I would actually get a "sleeping" vacation!

Everyone - If you're having difficulties sleeping, doing some holotropic breathwork or conscious energy work before sleeping really helps (or if you're awake at night). Also any deeply intimate time with a beloved helps not just calm our nervous system, but also energetically replenishes us.

If I stay up too late my sleep is disturbed.

I'm pretty much living almost completely intuitively at this point. I am receiving messages, I talk to my guides daily, they let me know biggies but are pretty hands off unless I cry out from the abyss, so to speak.

And what to do about nightmares? The funny thing is... while dreaming I'm not scared at all... it is only when I'm waking up that they freak me out.

Very strong dreams is one of the main reasons why I'm not able to go back to sleep anymore after waking up from them....

Laks - Thanks for the reminder. Stream of consciousness is the way to go, and it's where we're all headed.

I used to have one mystic that would invite me to his conference to teach, then at the last minute say something like "Drop all your notes, whatever you planned to say, and just speak". Initially it was like being thrown to the wolves, but now when I'm doing trainings I'll have an outline of what we're going to cover but completely chuck it if the students are needing something else to shift. Having more presence feels essential rather than having more techniques.

Ssandra - Again thanks for being so willing to share - we never know how our sharing can benefit others who are less vocal about their lives. I'll give some general guidlines in case others are having similar instances, but also feel free to chat with me in a pm to get more specific about this for you. Because you're so intuitive, I have a feeling you're picking up on conflict from others around the world that is needing resolution. There is a lot of conflict, individually and collectively, that is getting resolved on an etheric level.

Are the dreams/nightmares about personal issues that you're dealing with, or other events/situations that seem to have nothing to do with you? If it's personal issues for you, I would invite you to try some holotropic breathwork with a trained professional. It releases conflict on the etheric/physical levels and you'll sleep very well. Or any kind of technique/counseling/coaching which will help you explore any conflicting areas of your life and come to acceptance within yourself.

If it's unrelated events/situations, you could simply be helping others out around the world as you sleep (i.e. find yourself in the Mid-east/Japan doing healing work, find yourself in a battle that has nothing to do with your issues, find yourself inspiring someone in another country, etc). If that's the case, ask out loud before you sleep something like this:
I call on my guides who know my heart and essence to temporarily stop any agreement I have to help around the world. I ask for complete rest and integration on all levels tonight as I sleep.
And in any event, if you were to do some conscious breathing at night after you wake up, it will be easier to go back to sleep. Sometimes a simple breath like the Mother's Breath (inhale for a count of 7, hold for 1, exhale for 7, hold for 1), will be enough to deeply connect ourselves to source and sleep again. Another example is doing a breathing pattern with a ratio of 1:4:2 (i.e. inhale for a count of 4, hold for 16, exhale for 8), we can have spontaneous OBE's. The holotropic breath is great for releasing conflict, but many times we can also fall asleep while doing it, especially if we don't want to see ourselves - so you could use this too. Conscious, connected breathing always helps.

I woke up at about 2 AM today for some odd reason. It doesn't happen often at all. I have been asking for any and all beings to help out the folks at Japan. I don't mind waking up inconsistently really, if it means a lot of souls over at Japan and around the world will be helped out.

At the moment I have a lot of days where I'm ecstatically joyful. Then I'm in no-conflict awareness whether I'm around people or not and everything flows very easily and I get tons of manifestations.

Then I got to a point where I was so happy and successful about one and a half week ago that it did totally overwhelm me! I slept SO much last week and just wanted to hide because I was afraid there'd be more (positive!) changes! I was also afraid to do ANYTHING because I might make me even more succesful and change even more. Everything's going so fast! I haven't even adapted to yet to what's happened to me yet.

Now I'm getting back to happy again. Especiallly Easter Sunday I had it totally again! And no, I didn't eat too much sugar and chocolate.

Life feels "weird" and fast paced at the moment. But I find a lot of reasons to be happy.

In addition to what ChrisL said to do, put some amethyst crystals under your pillow, those will do away with your nightmares altogether and you'll wake up feeling just great.

Alice - Many people are also starting to "surf" with life and having a more joyful, effortless experience. This can also be disconcerting as we might be hitting a series of "upper limits", artificial ceilings that we place on ourselves due to residual limiting beliefs or self-negating behaviors/emotions. If we can find out how to keep saying "yes" to ourselves and to life around us, it does continue to get easier. I'm glad you're on the right track!

Angel - Thanks for your advice, and your insights too.

I feel like I've been banging my head against a wall lately. It's not major loss, more like circling and frustration and failure to move more than an inch at a time. What makes it more frustrating is it's at a time when it seems like other people are manifesting huge wins in their lives... makes me feel like my own tiny comparative gains mean I'm standing still.

Pyrogen - I've always appreciated your willingness to say things like they are. I want you to know that your truthfulness benefits all kinds of people, especially those that are less vocal on these types of forums.

Drop any comparison in favor of being more present. And celebrate others success like it was your own! I've heard you share some amazing transformations on this forum - I'm sure you have some more wonderful epiphanies to come.

Everyone - Every plant and tree and animal is different, and have different expressions at different times. Same with humans.

One of the biggest hangups can be thinking that we are all equal - we are not. We are all unique and have different ways of expressing and growing, with a variety of layers that want to be explored and expressed. Please everyone, drop any urge to compare yourself with anyone or anything, and simply look to see if you're giving yourself what you need in the moment. That moment will take you to the next moment, whatever it looks like.

And look for the gifts in whatever is happening. A moment of sadness or anger, if we dive into it with consciousness, can bring a moment of joy. Let life change completely - don't hold onto any image of what life "should" look like. Be committed to your vision of what you can become and embrace that as much as you can right now - and allow it to change. Use even your own resistance as a doorway to dive into what you need right now. Use all of life! Then life becomes a blessing, a conscious, effortless journey, instead of struggle.

Please don't take my word for it as something you'll try later - do it right now.

That is beautiful and so true. I am one of those people that get hung up on that kind of thinking. I am learning more and more to not compare how one should behave because that is the way that I would handle a situation. That yes, everyone is different with their own language of expression. It is so true that we can easily fall into that trap.

Thank you! Reading this definitely brightened my day.

These energies we get confronted with, can lead us to break up old ways and feel ungrounded.

I can recommend calling on ascended masters, their influences/energies can help you a lot.

If you want to feel more grounded you can call on Kuthumi.
If you have new projects and looking at new ways you can call on El Morja.

Read something general about the Ascended Master on the internet, then try to tune into his/her energy and ask for help.

There are many different masters to call on, if you want consciously work on something.

Minerva - I remember one time walking on the creek path, where I spotted 2 deer grazing in someone's front yard. A small group of people had gathered there to watch quietly with wonder and curiosity, and simply witness the deer being themselves. After about a minute, I said "And wouldn't it be amazing if we could look at humans this way?"

Summerbreeze - As always, thanks for your insights!

Everyone - There are a variety of enlightened and ascended masters that will come to our aid when called upon. I've said this before, but just like there are certain strengths and specialties that people have, it helps to know something about the being your calling on. For example, you would call on Djwal Khul for directness and results, and Kwan Yin for love/compassion. If you simply feel attracted to a certain guide then call upon them.

I felt like bumping this thread, many people feel currently some serious headaches and effects.

Additionally is there something you can tell us about what's happening now and a little along the time line?

What if there were another meaning?

What if you banged your head on the wall, and It wasn't a wall but a slot machine? And you won!

What if it wasn't your head, but you had total ecstatic release with all that banging?

Summerbreeze - Before we start manifesting headaches and pains on the physical level, it starts out with our energetic bodies. One of the first things that we stop doing when we're under stress is breathing - we either hold it, or change it unconsciously. Conscious breathing techniques - like doing a full yogic breath, holotropic breathwork, prana breathing - can do some amazing things because it is affecting us on the energetic levels, which affects our physical form.

Headaches - If we're having headaches, we could be thinking way too much, having conflicting thoughts, emotions that we are blocking, digestion problems and more. If we can find the sore spots on our head and rub it with one or two fingers while breathing, this can help. I've helped people release headaches like this for years. I even did it for a girl at Blockbusters and she was so happy she wrote about it on my personal file in the computer for any employee to read for years. Too funny.

Also, getting in our bodies more and not so mental really helps, not only to feel the clarity of wisdom that already exists so that we don't have to "figure out" everything, but to feel aligned internally and manifest what we really want - relationships, money, career, spiritual understanding. Our minds can be a huge distraction if we are letting them run the show - they are the stage manager not the director. Our mind can help us have a more effortless life by helping to set the stage - our soul is the director and our body is the actor. The more we honor and acknowledge our bodies, the more the relationship between body and soul comes into alignment, and the soul takes it's rightful place as the director.

The Bigger Picture - We have some more collective shifting happening on an energetic level coming up in June and July, just like we did in March. If we are not truly being ourselves, this year will be a tough time, but many people will start releasing the deeper conflicts and having a more effortless life. There a lots of things happening with earth changes, economically, politically, but I want the focus to be on ourselves. 2011 is a wonderfully transformational year collectively, and 2012 will be also. All of us have the power to transform into greater awareness right now - no need to wait on anything anymore.

Veloci - Take a break and get in your body more! lol Focus on getting present and not on more questions. Hug a human, dance, laugh, breathe. And you're in college - go to a party! See everything as divine and everyone as sacred, so that you take time to be more present with everything - then nothing is more important than anything else. And remember to use the Response Network like we talked about so that you're feeling resourced in your body.

I am currently on summer vacation from college.

However, I am hanging out with my friends! It is helping me with my throat chakra a lot in terms of expressing myself. Also I have not forgotten to use the response network as well. I need to learn the virtue of patience which the response network is helping me with as well. Aside from that, I will start seeing everything as divine and sacred. Thank you!!!

I also feel like doing nothing ANYTHING today. My back also aches like no other. I wonder if these are ascension symptoms.

Hello all

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who feels this shift.
for the past several weeks, i have totally lacked the motivation or the self-confidence to excel at my job. I was doing just enough to "get by", now I'm doing even less. It's not the job, its me. This is a pattern that I find myself in all of the time. Start something new (job, relationship), start off very strong and engaged in it and then slowly lose interest. Surely it can't be that I've just happened upon all of these boring activities and women by chance and I happen to get bored with all of them after a while? That was sarcastic, I know its me and not the jobs or the women. The key is trying to find out what the heck is going on with me. Is it fear of failure, fear of closeness, fear of success, fear of happiness? Part of me enjoys holding on to whatever it is that is going on with me..I can also use it as a way to gain sympathy from those that are close to me by portraying myself as the victim.

Johnny - Thanks for contributing to the thread and getting it moving again! I don't know your exact fear at the moment, but you can always see what you're resisting the most and that will give you a better understanding.

Our biggest fear collectively would be being ostracized/rejected, and also any kind of CHANGE. We typically do not want to see ourselves because of all the judgments that might come out of that (i.e. not good enough, smart enough, can't have what I want, etc) which we have internalized from some initial wounding that didn't get healed. So then the real question becomes - where am I still holding onto the past? How am I holding onto someone else's judgment of me?

It can help to look for any upper limits (i.e. I can only have so much money, happiness, love, healthy relationships, etc) and to return to witnessing beyond the mind with our full body-soul. That's the essence of the Response work that I do, and I'm sure there are a variety of people out there who do something similar.

Lack of motivation is from the intense energies we're feeling these days. I know I feel this too, sort of just wanting to not do anything. As we go through these energies the changes are so numerous on so many different levels, that some part of us just KNOWS it's time to pull back and just take it easy. Unfortunately that also translates into not wanting to do our regular jobs anymore, or even not wanting to bother with relationships, or if you're already in one, just letting it slide by and maybe even just letting it go.

So everything you're feeling, is very normal for this particular time in 2011. Another thing, which just came to me is, wanting to excel in our jobs, and also wanting or needing to have a relationship all the time wth the opposite sex... is a limiting belief we have to let go of. We're constantly trained to want more and push and push, and go and go, and now, we asked to be BE. And this BEING is not really a part of our old 3D mindset's, it's more multi-dimensional thinking.

So we're moving in the right direction, we're just getting loads of weirdness because our old 3D ways are no longer working.

The thing to do, is just follow your feelings (intuitions), and do what brings you the most joy. Now's the time to focus on what brings us joy and then just do it. I know that sounds too simple, but if you made a list or 10 things that bring you intense joy and then did them.... you will find some peace and happiness.

Default Thinking

Chris and AngelPsychic

Thanks for your responses..
I look around and see all of the other people as "succeeding" and I am happy for them and try not to be jealous or envious and I then ask myself what are they doing that I'm not..and suddenly it came to me..what I perceive as success, the aformentioned people see as "normal". Maybe since I've placed a label on what I want I have in a sense put it out of reach for myself. In other words, those who are a "success" by my standards do not view themselves as "successful"..they view themselves as just normal people. Then maybe the only difference between myself and them is that I have a limiting belief system.
Its amazing what conclusions I can come to when I babble enough..lol

Johnny - You're welcome and you're on the right track. Now slow it down even more and see what the limiting belief is as well as the perceived payoff for having it. Then dive even deeper to see what is it that you need right now or want to embody (i.e. love, power, acknowledgment) that you are not giving yourself and/or waiting for someone else to give you. Now give it to yourself, then you will be able to respond from a place of gratitude and consciousness instead of reacting unconsciously and continuing a pattern.

AngelPsychic - Thanks for the emphasis on joy, which is our soul's natural fragrance and expression, and for your insights as always!

Everyone - It would help if we could act like we are going to die soon - not from the perspective of being scared, but from the viewpoint of not postponing letting ourselves be fully authentic in the moment. AngelPsychic is correct when he talks about how we are still trying to live in our 3-d perspective and how things will not work the same.

If we could act like we had little time left to live, then all of our senses would become super engaged, the nattering mind-stuff that we listen to would not even exist, we would look for more ways to get present, relationships would shift because we wouldn't hold back anymore (no time left to hold back). Just try it out for a day and see what I'm talking about! It will change your life.

Also realize that any limiting belief/judgment, is us holding onto the past, and imposing someone else's viewpoint onto us (i.e. parents, religion, culture, etc). No one is equal but we are all unique, so let yourself become maximized in each day! Stop waiting for something to happen, for someone to say something - celebrate yourself and treat yourself like you would treat your most beloved child or partner.
