Thanks everyone for contributing with your experience. I hear what you're saying GoingUnder, and I'm not one to eke out a meaning from every little thing either. So I don't look at life or this shift in terms of better/worse, good/bad, as much as more or less conscious. The brighter the light, the darker the shadow, meaning that as we gain in consciousness we will start seeing the contrast of where we are not aligned and in conflict. If we don't want to see that, if we have judgments, then life can feel like a draining struggle, which we project onto others. If we don't have any judgments then life gets more celebrative and effortless. To me this shift is bigger than just 2012 because the affects will continue much longer than that. The Mayans pegged 2012 a line in the sand if you will, for the shifting from the expression of collective seperation into unification. This doesn't mean that we have to wait for something to happen or for a certain time to come before we let ourselves express our totality! There are plenty of people who have blossomed before now - we're just getting an extra boost right now that can make it even easier. |

Everything makes more sense, when we go deeper. But there is one thing, that I suspect is difficult for others, because it is what I'm struggling with the most. I heard that we want to give up in the long run everything that feels like "work". I personally can feel that somehow, because many things simply don't make sense. My guides said I don't have to do, what I'm doing now, I can't accept that but realize something in it at the same time. I have the concern to be not able to make a living otherwise. How do others go from a normal career to a alternative career? ~sb |

I've just gone through my shift! Boy oh Boy was that hectic! ahaha Chris, i was wondering. When this thread came out i was watching other people shift. Now i've only just had mine, or somethin gi would consider quite substantial. Why do you think my shifting waited? I have a few hints for an answer, but i'd like another view. |

Eg: I love caring for others and helping out others. Nursing lets me do that. However, I hate pathophysiology/ pharmacology and hospitals. But, hospital nurses get paid a lot of money. It seemed to be the only thing I COULD do to make a lot of money and live the life I thought I needed to live. Sooo, I dropped the idea of needing to work at a certain place and accepted that I could do something else and live with less stuff and more inner peace.

Hey guys, Have not posted here often and not for some time, but was happy to see a forum about shifts in consciousness. Have been feeling out of sorts lately. I usually am very positive and go out of my way to help others with their problems and to bring them up with positive vibrations and feelings. I don't know if that has caught up with me and I am feeling drained of my energy, but having some issues and don't understand why? Also, read on someones post about pain in their back around shoulder and shoulder blades. Don't know if i have blocked energy that is creating this pain? Thought I would come out of my comfort zone which I seem to stay within most of the time and post this, and see if it helps release me from closing myself off from my true feelings. Thanks for giving me a place to be heard. |

Summerbreeze - I first started making the transition by getting trainings that would allow me to see clients (i.e. acupressure, polarity, hypnotherapy, etc) and would give me a very experiential process to release my own issues. I knew that I would only be able to take a client as deeply as I was willing to go, so I picked trainings that would enable me to work on myself at the same time. While I was taking trainings, getting certifications, etc, I was doing corporate work, until I felt ready to offer my services full time. So for me it was a transition that took years, personally and professionally, but with the internet (websites, social media, ebooks and books on demand), it can be much easier to make a transition these days. Jeremy - The factors can vary - everyone has their own timing. It's like there is no one technique for becoming enlightened, and yet many things that can bring us to full acceptance of ourselves, complete embracing of the present moment. When we get tired of the struggle then transformation is possible. Until then, we can go back and forth till we're ready. Things that can create struggle and slow down the process:
Tad - Thanks for being willing to share yourself! And in regards to your back pain, how are you feeling? Sometimes we can get pain in that area when we feel sad, hurt, not loved, not supported. Also if we feel like we have too much to "shoulder". Getting a massage can help, but feeling loved and supported the way we need really helps. Let us know how it goes. |

Thanks for the response chris. Have a great support system with friends and family but don't like to burden others with problems in my life so I bottle things up and keep them to myself... at least thats what my wife tells me. I try not to show weakness in my life and keep up a wall so things don't have a chance to get out in the open for others to see or use against me as a weakness. I don't mind helping others with their problems and i usually am the first person that people seek out for advice or just to listen. Have a hard to accepting help from others but trying to do better.

My overall feeling is that things are out of wack? Don't know what is in wack but just get this vibe that things are ready for change. Cannot put my finger on this so having a hard time adjusting to these knew feelings. I hope it is a positive change for myself and others. Looking forward to learning more about myself and how i might get in touch with my guides that are trying to contact me. I think at times I don't pay enough attention to these things and close myself to the message being sent to me. Anyways, I enjoy reading everyones articles and what they have to say and try to learn from what everyone is putting forth. I ususally sit in the background and read what is being said and don't post but will try to give some of my perspective in the future. Thanks again.

Very true about the hurt feelings causing back or shoulder pain ChrisL. I experienced this the other night and day when some people from my past resurfaced and it opened up some old wounds for me, as well as being triggered here at times. I feel like I received the support I needed today, and since then the pain has passed. Thankyou for all the support. |

What im getting at is that I don't believe this shift in consciousness can be measured in a time period. We will always have shifting consciousness and I think it's far from done getting higher. I think when we slow down and settle into this temporary, but "new" consciousness/awareness it will he totally different than what we are currently experiencing. I suggest Looking into the Mayan consciousness pyramid if you havent already...it's really some cool and interesting stuff. Peace

I really acknowledge the amazing love and dedication of the Japanese to come together in a spirit of harmony and community. In spite of food/water/gas shortages, travel restrictions, rolling blackouts, nuclear difficulties, etc, there are no reports of looting/violence, and many instances of helping others, even when they themselves have little to spare and are living in extreme circumstances. This incredible demonstration is testimony to Japanese consciousness and generosity, and we are grateful for the reminder as it can help us see a different way of being, especially in harsher conditions. My hope is that as we see this from around the world, we will be inspired and so touched by the selfless acts of kindness, that we choose to see ourselves and others more clearly, recognizing that everyone and everything is sacred, and that our thoughts, feelings and actions will follow to make a similar positive impact on our family and communities. Watching a group of people with so much love and consciousness for others, can create such a shift for the rest of us - I hope we have the awareness to let us be impacted and shifted by this. I personally experience it very intensely in many unforeseen ways and changes. Nice if the media would report more from the positive side the changes that are happening, so we don't have always to find the 'good' in the 'bad'. I have probably not the right to say this, but it's extremely positive what happens like in Japan. Much powerful love for your changes, even if it can be a trip sometimes. ~sb |

I personally felt something happening with me over the past few months, however nothing as rapid as what I experienced over the past few weeks. I have literally gone from completely lost to grasping as much God potential as humanly possible and developing skills and abilities I didn't even think possible. I have had an array of powerful guides present themselves to me. One who is not even linked to Earth, or our dimension, and somehow felt the need to hang around for a while. I have been through so much emotional and spiritual turbulence that my entire life has turned into one giant rollercoaster. It's kind of like starting the ride and the chain is yanking up to the top. Then all of a sudden you drop down so hard and so fast, turn around, fly back up again, do a few loops, and finished! Still trying to recover from what's been going on. The lows have been very low. I remember multiple occasions where I wanted to end my life. The highs have been very high. I remember a period where I believe I reached a state of enlightenment for a few days on end. It's like I'm a different person every single day I decide to go to bed at night. I have experienced a powerful shift. However I feel the 'real' shift is yet to begin... |

Midnite - Thanks for being so open and honest about your experience, from the lows to the highs. We do release a lot of conflict while we're dreaming, as well as helping others while we sleep. We're all trying to shed our conflict (i.e. limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, judgments, reactions, unresolved trauma, anywhere we are holding onto the past) so that we can shift into being ourselves more consistently in the world. Some people are experiencing a fluid shift into more effortlessness, and some people feel like they are being shaken up, like panning for gold. The quicker we can embrace ourselves and more completely accept everything as sacred, the easier it gets. That doesn't mean that people around us will necessarily be centered, be at least we shift from an unconscious reaction to a conscious response, living from the inside-out. Last Friday I went to a gathering that was all about being authentic, and it was amazing to see people recognize their old patterns and step out of them, transforming on the spot. The more direct and real we can be the easier this gets. Last December we hit a collective energetic turning point, and we had another one in March 2011. It looks like we'll have more coming up in June and July - but individually we can shift anytime. Keep going and let us know how it goes for you! Veloci - If only more people would take the reins in their own life to invite intuition beyond the mind and stay curious. Please let us know what happens also. Angel - Calling on guides can really be helpful! I always call on them in gratitude the first thing in the morning and last thing at night. We would all be having a harder time of it without them! Everyone - Here are some things that might help:

Hi ChrisL, For me, I have noticed recently that I have made some sort of breakthrough with being able to feel compassion towards myself, and to also stop and reflect on the progress I have made with dismantling the dynamics of emotional blackmail and have truly come a long way since I decided to start working towards greater levels of self-respect by learning to stand up for myself and work at being more assertive, though I sometimes fall back into old ways and slip, I also know that it happens, and the triumphs have become more common than the "failures". I've been able to really feel a sense of pride and elation, and power for having reached this point in my life where, I feel, I have really improved and attained the goals I set for myself, which were more of an inner transformational nature, as opposed to external goals. New opportunities have been embraced, and I have been feeling hope for changing my current situation of employment with something far more beneficial and pleasing to me, as well as receiving encouragement recently from MasterRishi, after he read my records in the Akashic library, so that I now feel more confident to go out and start to give readings for free to start with and then can build a business up from that incorporating my gifts. As well as all this good stuff, I have also experienced plunges into despair and desolation, but have been better able to channel it through art than before, and seem to be able to also pick myself up with more ease than I used to in the past. So yeah...all in all, lots is happening. Thankyou for the last post you gave with your tips and advice. |

Elucidate - Thanks for sharing. It sounds like you're in a renaissance period, where you can use even the low points as a way to express and give yourself what you need. I'm glad you have more clarity on your life and especially your work! Keep us posted with any insights and changes. We never know just how much our experience can help others. You're welcome about the tips. I'm simply sharing what I've found to be useful in my life and with clients! Feel free to add on with your experience! |

Also, when going through some emotional releasing in the dream state, which happens to me frequently, I often wake up in the morning feeling angry and frustrated but I do know that this is just a "spill-over" from my night of intense clearing, unfortunately it can ruin my whole day... at least sometimes. So when it gets too intense and I feel aweful the next day, I call out to Archangel Raphael and the angels of healing for help. I want to post my exact invocation so others can use it. This invocation has helped me in times when things just get to be too much. "I am now asking Archangel Raphael and the angels of healing to please be with me and help me release and heal any anger or frustration or anything else that will keep me from feeling much calmer and peaceful, please help me replace these feelings of anger with joy, and love and happiness....thank you" If saying this outloud once does not work, you can repeat it again and again.... and you should feel energy starting to move through you. I have much great good luck with this. Also, if you're having trouble with anything else just call out to Archangel Raphael and the angels of healing and tell them what's bothering you, give them the details then ask them to send you some healing energy to feel better. Even if you have no idea what exactly your feeling and need help (which has happened to me before),... I just tell them I'm feeling really bad and please help me even though I have no idea what's going on. These days we need tactics that will help us when we seem to be backed up against a wall, with no where to go.... asking the angels can be a lifesaver!

Aslo, while reading other post's in other threads, for the past few weeks or so, I've been amazed at how many people, who post about feeling terrible about something made me go... oh wow, I'm going through that too! So sometimes it's a great idea to really be very honest, and tell people what's going on in our lives, even if it sounds crazy, these days we need all the feedback we can get... especially since "high strangeness" is becoming the norm. The ups and downs for me have been so crazy lately...it's been unreal!

Elucidate - With the collective shift happening it looks like we all are going through our version of renaissance, but I chose that word for you especially because it felt like it was a great match. |

I would like to add some things that the angels have guided me to change in my life, in an effort to get me to be more in tune with the new vibrational states we're taking on. It SUPER IMPORTANT to consider these changes so I hope everyone thinks of actually doing them to some extent or another. Even small changes are still good, in fact, making lot's of small changes rather than really big ones, is always a better idea since we can integrate them more easily. One of the things my angels send me intuitive nudges about is eating more fruits and vegetables, and I know everybody here already knows this, it's such a simple thing, but really when you finally get down to it most people just don't consume enough of these two types of food. Even a simple thing I like NOT eating a bag of potato chips and instead eating an apple. Most people would NOT think a simple bag of potato chips is bad for them, BUT from a vibratonal point of view, it really is. Another thing is sitting down with a pen and paper and trying to list all the "low vibrational" things you do and then stop doing them. This is such an easy thing to do, writing it down, obviously, but actually stopping doing these things is very hard of course, but you could begin to chip away at this slowly. I do mental inventories where I go over everything I'm doing these days and try to find at least one thing I could stop doing. I'm not about to force anybody to give up anything they really enjoy... but I just wanted to bring this to your attention, since these days it's not just a small thing (changing our old habits) but something really important we should consider. I had a hard time giving up candy bars, but I can pat myself on the back for not having eaten them in a long time. I also gave up red meat, even though I still look longingly at people when they eat a steak or something like that, but I know in the back of my mind... I'll be better off and so will my vibratoinal state if I stay away. I was also nudged, by my angels, to get on a all natural deodorant (which you can get at any health food store), and give up my old deodorant (that I would buy at the supermarket). I know this is a strange thing to have done, and I can't feel any difference but I trust the angels with their good advice, since they never miss the mark. I'll post about other things as they come up. I hope this post helps some people make changes, since change seem's to be the most important thing we can do these days! |

Do you think that all the sore throats going around, are because of a new wave of energy shifts? I know about 5 people with sore throats and all are "aware" type of people. All are in my "soul tribe". I had a little bit of a sore throat this morning, and at least two of these people are insisting that they are not ill but that the sore throats are due to some energetic/emotional/spiritual thing. Summerbreeze - The way I've been seeing the shift, is that it reminds me of a dam breaking. There are some people who are trickling into unification ahead of others, then there is a large portion that has an experience, then there are others that will come into it even later. 2011-2012 is the turning point in many ways, and there will continue to be other shifts/turning points as collective humanity works out it's conflicts over the next 25 years of so.
