Consciousness Shift - What's Going on with Everyone - Questions and Support

Hi ChrisL,

New to the forum and the ascension concept. I'm not exactly educated on the process or willing to accept it but have noticed this HUGE change in my thinking/inner developments beginning Jan/Feb 2010. I feel like I've been through decades since then. But most recently (since yesterday) I feel so light/free/content compared to the last few weeks/months/year to be exact. My headaches that have persisted almost daily since Sept. were gone yesterday which may be why I'm so Happy. But I know and am always afraid of what's around the next corner. These last two years have been an interesting ride for sure. Can't wait to see where I may end up

Rignt now on the 21st I feel enormous amounts of energy coming into my body, more so than in the last few months. My third-eye has been buzzing for almost 2 days straight. Looks like a big energy activation taking place for the solstice on the 22nd, I usually get the energy from these solstices a few days before or sometimes a week before. Feel's good so far, I'm looking forward to another big psychic awakening. Also, my crown chakra last night while I was sleeping was active, I could feel things going on inside my head, I think my spirit guides had something to do with that.

This is not the first time I've been through this, mostly the June solstice does it for me, with huge infusions of energy, but now it looks like I'm going throug this much more than usual.

Sometimes I feel a pressure, like someone would press a pistol in my back and when I lay down I feel like there is breathing liquid all around me. So far there is all the time something buzzing, tingling and so on.

Gratitude - I want to thank everyone who contributed to this thread. We've had some juicy interaction and hopefully people could come here to feel supported on their journey.

Final Thoughts - We're in the middle of an energetic wave that started around Dec 18th and that will last until early January, but there is a bigger shift that can happen collectively anytime from now through 2012. Don't obsess so much on what you fear, as much as dive into the fear in a grounded way to see what you are holding back from giving yourself right now. Focus on more clarity, integrity, wellness, understanding. Get support when you need to - don't try to go through this alone if you're yearning for contact. Find people of like-mind, where you can be yourself. And for god's sake, find the humor in life and look for where you can laugh at yourself! It will save you in so many ways.

I've had a blast interacting and playing with you all! May we all see ourselves as the "hide and seek" buddhas that we are - revealing our enlightenment when we are ready. Thank you all!
