This morning, I was mixing in with celebrities in a long and enjoyable dream. As always, it was as lifelike as it gets and many conversations I had were realistic and comical in parts. I was basically on a television set where large sums of celebs get interviewed and boy were there a lot of these famous figures (the only downside being that the majority have slipped my mind since waking up). I remember talking to an old wrestler called the Undertaker, while Jet Li sat nearby and Owen Wilson was to my left (I spoke to Owen shortly before about Jackie Chan). It was definitely funny, particularly when Undertaker, for the sake of a fan, said he'd let me film myself pinning and beating him in a wrestling match. I swiftly declined, joking that he was probably lying and would in fact kick out of the pin, before he would 'last ride, powerbomb or tombstone me!'. He chuckled, not long before I pushed through the idea of him taking on Jet Li, since Jet would have much more of a chance than me. I remember trying to make a point of Jet’s superiority in Martial Arts and I said, "I'm just saying, Jet Li has been an idol to me since birth." At that point, I do remember the great Bruce Lee entering my mind and how he is in fact my number one idol in the field of Martial Arts, but I didn't say anything. But there was one celebrity in particular, one that stood out above the rest, standing at very the top of these seats/stairs where the stars gathered. It was the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Yes, the brilliant MJ. MJ went through a lot of changes in his appearance, as we all know, so it struck me that out of all appearances, he just so happened to appear as he would a bit more in the 80s and the Bad Era. He was young, his skin darker and his features greater to the eye. He was wearing a black jacket and for the most part he did look very similar to how he looked during those ‘Bad’ days. He was in top form, happy and quite willing to play a prank on me, having a tendency to joke around and enjoy himself. I don’t know why he appeared in this form but I can tell you that it was one of the most ideal choices. It was MJ in his prime, youthful and full of spirit. It was at a point when a lot of people in the world also felt he was at his best, visually, when he did have work done but there was nothing wrong with him. It made me think about what some people say and my mother brought it up herself when I told her about the dream. People often say that the deceased go back to a time when they were younger and in their strongest form of a figure. Maybe how I saw MJ was in fact his top time. In any case, it was a great dream. I definitely enjoyed it. There wasn’t really anything negative in there and I’d be happy to go back there again sometime. |
