Anyone experienced this before...?

This is a bit late, but I think it was this week monday morning when I was walking to work that I made some chakra meditation (sort of..., I have no idea how to do that but did it anyways)
It was really cold so I tried to get some energy moving around, but I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary... that is until past lunch time.
It was so strange, I thought I had a slight head ace but it didn't really hurt it was more like a small pressure behind my forehead and I had this overwhelming fainting sensation constantly clouding my head and I even started to get blind spots. Half my field of vision sort of disappeared into a blur so whenever I tried to focus on a specific spot it was like the object "wasn't there".
It was almost like I was split in two because I couldn't really feel my body and It was like a piece of my conscious was .. somewhere else "gone"
This I felt constantly for 4 or 5 hours and one of the workers even pointed out that I looked pale in the face.
Even today I still feel a bit woozy.

Could this have been a consequence of messing with my energy? Or am I simply falling ill from cold weather...
