What is going on with everyone?

There is something major going on - practically everyone I know who is on the spiritual or energetic side of things, has either been a little fried around the edges, or is having some kind of major shifts. Some of us seem to be getting massive downloads or energy changes. Some of us just seem to be having massive changes, period.

And a lot of the ones who are only slightly aware, but just enough, seem to be crabby, bitchy, or sick.

What's going on?

I have been going through some serious changes, it's almost like being rewritten on a cellular level in some ways - parts of me that were divided are now united. But it's not without its pains.

I believe it has to do with just the shifting. Just releasing those things we don't need anymore. In nature renewal follows destruction. With all our patterning, with all our beliefs and ideas, do we really think we all know that much? Perhaps all we have heard, seen, felt, smelled, tatsed is only 5% of what is here.

That's 95% we don't know anything about. And yet we base our whole existence around it. When i came to this realisation i was shown that everything is so much bigger then what we think. Religion was just a story, the planents, galaxies and universes are small compared to what is really here.

In that case, maybe it is just a shifting, a gaining of new perceptions, not those passed down, often incorrect and based of nearly nothing.

Pyrogen - HiImJeremy is on the right track. Thanks for asking about this! I'm really noticing it too, especially with clients/students, but pretty much with everyone. My parents and siblings are really going through it right now. I've talked about this in the Akashic Records thread. Here's my experience for what it's worth, some of which is from the Akashic Records:

From the center of Creation, bands of various lengths of energy emanate out. By the time they reach Earth, they can be very small (hours), or very long (1,000 years). Every 13,000 years collective human consciousness shifts back and forth, from seperation to unification and back again. The current shift toward unification started happening 500 years ago, and the evidence was the Renaissance. We're now in the middle, or the apex, of a 1,000 year thick wave of energy that is helping shift the consciousness on the planet. We started a new phase of this back in December.

What does that mean in practical terms? Imagine getting constantly bombarded by energy that essentially is helping us to wake up and make the transition into collective unification. If we were getting a magnitude of 1 say 20 years ago, we're at 1000 now. This energy is exciting our consciousness, forcing us to see ourselves, so everything is getting amplified right now. If we're not more conscious, it can almost feel like we're in a dream sometimes, or at least going in and out of a dream.

What does that look like? People who are in love are really in love like crazy - I'm watching several relationships like this. If we're feeling some internal conflict (i.e. judgment, guilt, shame, self-negation) and don't want to own it, then every little irritation is bringing it up to be completed, and we might be projecting onto others quite a bit. It can look like PMS to the nth degree! If we're synchronized internally, we might be manifesting really well right now - I know several people like this too.

So what do we do? As I was told years ago, "Knowing doesn't make you immune". Everyone is going through their own version of this right now.

• So the first step is knowing what's happening right now - then we can be more conscious, track ourselves, and not taking things personally.

• Finding ourselves in similar-minded company is very important right now, otherwise we can feel like our energy is getting drained and we get foggy. Watch what happens when you're with someone who has a lot of conflict, either in person, phone or even online.

• Cleaning our own internal house, looking to see if anything is incomplete (i.e. values, feelings, core beliefs, experiences, possessions, etc) and finding a way to complete it would be really helpful. If there is something that we want to do or be, now is the time. If we have any leftover issues from our birth family, now is the time to release them.

• Slowing down would help because we can watch ourselves and others more easily without judging.

• Calling on our spirit guides for regular help works too. Every morning/evening giving calling on them in specific ways and giving thanks.

• Having some kind of regular practice to help us focus and use chi would be helpful too (ie. tai chi, chi qong, yogic techniques, meditation, etc).

• Recognize, actively acknowledge that everything is sacred, divine - every person, every object. The more we have conflict, the more we judge, the more we project onto others. You are god in a human form, and nothing has power over you unless you want it to.

Thanks Jeremy! Just offering my understanding where it might help.

I forgot to mention, that we share the dynamics of any group that we're in: Soul Group, corporation, religion, country, organization, country club, school, family, etc. This means that if we are a member of a group that has a lot of conflict to work out, then we share that dynamic with them and feel the impact of that. Conversely, if we are in a group that has little conflict, or a member becomes awakened within our group, then we are also the beneficiary of that too. Just more food for bite-sized thought.

Its true in the case of India.. suddenly huge political scandals and cases of corruption are being unveiled like never before. It's like a domino effect, each one leading to an another scam, another corrupt sector ultimately bringing it all to the public eye.

On a more personal level, I'm undergoing a similar emotional storm within me. In the past, I'd been constantly avoiding and suppressing every guilt, shortcoming of mine trying to look only at the sunny side. Now its like every negative emotion is surfacing at the most unlikely times. I'm now contantly agitated, bordering on depression. I've never felt attacked like this. Even EFT doesnt seem to be as effective as it used to be. I could use some advice.

Maybe you could plan ahead some hours of privacy, sit down, and examine every negative thing that comes up, one-by-one. Some may resurface, but once you bust the base of your fears and negative feelings you'll feel way better, and stronger.

Whitelotus - Nimue is on the right track. Start taking a personal inventory like I suggested, and get help with releasing the old programming if you need to.

Everyone - If anyone wants some coaching through this, please feel free to connect with me through a PM. Everyone is getting affected to some degree and different tools are going to work for different people. The feelings can range from mild agitation to feeling like you're going crazy at times.

This energy, our consciousness, has been more amped up since 2000. 2012 is the apex for this, meaning that is the collective shifting point for human consciousness, though it will stay take years after that for the balance of humanity to come into unification. And any one of us could individually make a shift right now.

Other helpful tips:

• For some people, you'll find that what you used to do just does not work anymore - career, relationships, old routines, etc. The harder you try to re-establish the old pattern, the more it seems like struggling. Find a new way to do what you want, or better still, find a new way to be who you want.

• This is about knowing ourselves, then letting ourselves fully be who we are - a divine soul in a human body who wants to witness Creation in everything and creatively express in the moment. Remembering that can keep us grounded.

• No one is against you, everyone is just for themselves.

• Release who we think we are, so that we can actually be a ever-changing flow of consciousness. For some people, this will feel like the nested doll, where we take off layer after layer to find a sense of openess or emptiness inside. This is a great thing!

• Use the energy that is being presented. We are essentially energy transformers - use the energy of any situation to help you become more conscious and loving, don't fight against anything. Be like an aikido master and use everything coming at you. Even when we're alone, we can let ourselves feel this energy like a shower, like rain, permeating all of our energetic bodies. Use everything.

• Have a vision that you want to embody and do it as much as you can now - Being, Doing, Having

Fascinating to see I'm not the only one observing this and that it's going on, on some kind of larger scale than just the personal.

For my own part, I've experienced some major changes just in the past week or so. It's been exciting and scary and sometimes a roller coaster (mood swings, up until today, when it finally started to settle out)... feeling like my energy patterns are changing. Things are finally smoothing, but I feel like I've shed a skin... my attitudes are changing. The things I want now... I feel *passionate* about now... whereas before it was all from the left brain. My code's being rewritten, I feel.

Anyone else experience this recently?

My life, and my family's lives have been pretty crazy over the last few years. Lots of huge changes in many different ways. I feel like a completely different person now than I was just 2 years ago.

After a few days of observing, im actually noticing all these things being brought up.

Things like relationship arguments,

bad behaviour in some children, especially my sister, but she was also bad, so that may be prejudiced lol.

Old emotional issues in friendship conflicts brought to the surface again

Triggers of emotional or mental means.

Spiritual confuzzlement. Not sure what to believe, not sure what is truth and what is not.

Much talk of enlightenment and ascension

Music has become a very powerful form of expression. Not that it wasn;t before, i just notice it more now.

Weird and wacky weather patterns all over! Up north we had floods and a cyclone. West are fires. We're expecting bas weather to come our way. New Zealand has earthquakes. Egypt is in turmoil! so much crazy stuff going on.

I think the best thing to do right now is be really kind to yourself. Take an attitude of grattitude about everything and know that what this all is, is an experience to grow from. I personally thank Creator for everything that happens, it really helps to balance me and maybe it works with you all too.

P.S did i forget to mention that America had some pretty extreme snow fall? Snow is water and water can represent emotion, but also i see water as a cleansing! i use water to cleanse my crystals and to shower. It clears things. Shifts the energies. Perhaps this helped people.

Look for opportunities to step aside from the machine of your thoughts.
Step form the head in the body.

When you walk in the forest, you just walk.
When you eat, you just eat.

Etc.

You will make these shifts more effortlessly and conflicts will look differently, so it is easier to solve them in a unseen way.

Just like horoscopes, there's bound to be many people that can say they can see something so broad as feeling deep angst/renewal in their own lives at any particular time. All the people who arn't recognising it that much in their lives at the moment arn't posting on this thread. Perhaps they're posting somewhere else about how nothing deep seems really to be changing.
