I am experiencing crazy energy stuff!!!!

This is crazy ass stuff, but wow.

First I felt like my sex centers were opening for the first time in years, which was a crazy buzzing feeling.

That's kinda passed, a bit.

I was totally drained when I went to bed, and I've awakened feeling completely recharged. I feel like somebody dropped a tab of Ecstacy into my water last night before I went to bed.

Now I feel like my heart is on fire. This is a feeling that I experienced when I practiced certain Tibetan Buddhist practices years ago, but that also made me *weepy*, and I don't feel weepy at all this time.

It's a feeling in the middle of my breastbone. It's not for any one person, it's for anyone who wants to stand near.

I don't feel like love is a scarce commodity. I'm not looking to be loved or for permission to get past anyone's mental barriers to love *them*, I just feel like I can freely love and it's okay. I'll just let them be where they are if they don't want to be closer.

This is some crazy energy stuff. I have worked with energy in the past (chi stuff, magick, some stuff that seems similar to reiki) and I feel like I'm pulling down more wattage than I've ever pulled in my life.

Anyone have any ideas what I could do with the energy? Direct it, move it around, what? Play with it?

Warnings? Cautions?

Yeah. That is crazy ass energy isnt IT!

In my experience, its never too good to carry around too much spare energy. When casting spells, I like to surround myself in energy obviously, but if I dont ground myself afterwards, its kinda overpowering.

Of course this could be a completely different kind of energy.

It's probably ascension symptoms, all the energy you feel both the ups and downs... will become the "new normal" for 2011.

Sounds like you've opened up some chakras and widened the pipe for you to receive energy. Awesome!

I'd suggest reminding yourself how to ground (for when the energy becomes too much) and how to shield yourself (to protect your energy from various leeches). Given the previous training you've mentioned, you likely learned methods to do that.

Other than that, enjoy yourself. Receiving energy like that is fun!

I would probably go for a long run to let out the energy.

I had a friend who told me she had enough energy for 5 people (unless she was tired), pretty much every day. For me this only happens rarely, and yes, I will go for a run or jump around when it happens.

I have been trying to find this particular energy for a while. Can you describe what practices you used to stimulate it? We can PM if you prefer.

Pyrogen, interesting you should relate thisnow. I was just out for a ski yesterday and met outdoors with a big group of people, only a few known to me as friends or acquaintances. On the way to where everyone was, I had a lot of physical energy! When I was there with everyone and drinking hot chocolate with the others, I had this feeling like I was candyrolling... like I was on, maybe, 60 milligrams of ecstasy and 50 micrograms of LSD.

Not that it was hallucinatory, but - you know - that feeling of full participation, fully in-contact with people? No barriers... people were responding to me without me knowing them hardly at all, and without any real intention on my part to relate to them. It's been many years since I did any drugs. So the experience was totally natural and an outcome of my spiritual life. But, if anything, I'd been aiming my spiritual practices in some other directions! That's why the feeling was so unexpected, though basically pleasant.

It's strange, attempt to direct your spirituality in a particular direction, and feel stuck in certain ways, yet have something totally different happen.
