Shadow People

Has anyone else had an experience with one? I did a few months ago when I was grappling with intensely negative thoughts one night. This fact alone seems to have some very sinister implications. It behaved as I've read they usually do, trying not to be seen once it realized it was spotted. It scurried and hunched out of view from the periphery of my vision. It was a male form, kind of short by male standards. A black silhouette in which I clearly saw the outline of its hair and what appeared to be a long sleeved jacket standing in my room by the window. What's even stranger was that my sister saw it too.

It may have been a thought-form. Makes me really careful about the nature of my emotions and thoughts, apparently they're so much more powerful than we're initially taught to believe. Amazing creative ability.

I sense the presence of 'shadow people' in my room too. And it happens all of a sudden and not because 'I kept thinking of shadow people' HENCE I see them.

But my psychiatrist later explained to me that its just a bipolar delusion :/

About 5 yrs ago me and my girlfriend were watching tv in this room. It was dark and only light in room was from the TV. Well was I was laying with her on the main couch I saw a shadow figure from corner of my eye stand up from the love seat. I turned my head and it disappeared. Weird thing is my girlfriend turned too because she saw it as well. Can't even understand what it was.

Have had several experiences with shadow people; when I do, I clearly state for the enitity to leave and it is unwelcomed; this happens less/less as I remember to protect myself in unfamiliar places or after meeting new people.

So then you would say they're always evil entities? At first I supposed I was seeing the ghost of my deceased uncle, but figured it couldn't have been because it was dark and completely blacked out. Another thing is that while I was seeing it, I felt a sort of electricity in the air and it seemed to jolt about.

I've heard theories that they are actually inter-dimentional beings that feed off negative emotions while keeping humanity trapped in this level of reality...

that's interesting. I haven't felt the entities as being pure evil, just feel very uncomfortable, i'm short of breath and my energy is being disrupted

there's a reason why we feel uncomfortable or scared when we see them...they're maybe a vampire or some sort of things that sucks our energy...i always encounter them...they're not good nor friendly
