Help to know this unknown

Everyday i hear some vibration near left leg and right leg. Whenever i go to bed, i feel like something is vibrating under my bed. It feels like we are going to have earthquake. I am not scared. Even sometimes i feel someone is rushing out to my bed and standing near my bed. This sometimes makes me scared.

Yesterday morning i was standing. My body started feeling shaking. I stood silently and felt like again that earthquake is coming.

Please help me. What is this??? Is this related with astral projection?? I am reading lot of things and even i intend to have lucid dream and astral projection.

This doesn't make any sense. Are you unusually scared of earthquakes? I don't even understand how you can sense that someone is rushing out to your bed. If your in bed, are you sure your not just half-asleep?

I think this all is related with sleep paralysis. Half sleep and half awake.

In sleep paralysis you cant move your body, like when you wake up from deep sleep. It usly only last a short time. Some one rushing from your bed could be a ghost or demon . If the vibrations happen during deep relaxation or medatation , it might be your astral body trying to leave. If this only happens when your half asleep , it is hard to trust info from that state of mind. desert rat

I don't have sleep paralysis.

Whoa! I am not afraid of ghost or demons because i have tremendous support from god. I am a man surrounded with divine protection. If they tried to harm myself, godot will take care of it. I trust. I believe in God.

Sorry. Let's go to the point. I am unharmed till today. So it may be a ghost. It is invisible activity. This is confusion making to me,too. I don't understand if there is no surprising activity then why i am feeling like this. I think i am not allright.

Somebody help me!

I observed this week so far. In the middle of night sometimes i got woke up by feeling that my hand moves so hardly and even my body jumped little in air. This happened for 3-4 times. I am sure it was my hand moved and i saw that.

Sometimes i feel bodily vibrations. Do you know anything about this body shaking, hand moving like being hand being pushed. Body jumping lying in bed?

I don't know how to google search to get help. What is this??? I don't think i can get good sleep now a days.

I found the main reason behind this all and it is going to solved.

It was all within me and thankful to god and EM L. for help.

Sounds like textbook astral projection phenomena. Nothing to worry about.

I get all this stuff when I am leaving my body. I suppose if you were very very sensitive to it and your astral body is a bit "loose" (like perhaps you haven't eaten enough, or you are meditating or something) it could possibly happen during the day....
But usually this happened to me when I was laying down at night in bed. It felt like there might be earth tremors. Vibrating, a sort of "electronic" feeling.

Hey -just a thought...but it is possible you might be ultra-sensitive to earth tremors, a bit like animals are. If there was one near you (within a few hundred miles) You might sense it?? Just a thought.

Hey bluestar, you interpreted my situation here. Credits to you.

Now i am sure what is happening with me?? My astral body is ready to leave for astral travel. It is already ready. I reckoned those tingling vibration on my head toe. Sometimes i get them near my stomach.

But i wonder i am not following any meditation, though this happens. Surprising isn't it?? When i lay down to bed, this starts. Without meditating, tingling vibrations are coming. What does that mean??

Anybody there have an opinion, please feel free to share.

Some people are just natural projectors, and sometimes at certain points in their lives they project without intending it. It can be down to various factors which are really so wide and dimension-spanning that it's pointless to try and understand it from a physical perspective.

SO you are trying to say i should not try to do it when it is occurring naturally??? I have read so many articles and read monroe books for this. May be mind is hypnotized and programmed for astral traveling. If it happens next time, i will make sure that i am surrounded by love and light and will allow to happen it naturally. Still can't believe it that it can happen naturally.

No that's not what I'm saying. I assumed you didn't care about astral projection. If you DO want to pursue it as something serious, then yes you should put efforts in the right places. Even natural projectors have to put in a degree of work.

Thank you Alstar. It's such great relief for me. I could find the reason and another this point. I am ready for astral travel. I will do it with system, with practice and with all respective manner.

Even i was stunned to think in that way, without practice how you can do anything? No way, i should wait for more clarification from you and this...

This all is god's love for me. Thankful to god.
