 |  Burning in foot and light-headedness
Hello everyone. I actually have two questions. I have recently begun meditating and working towards astral projection. I have begun using stones for their vibrational powers. Anyways, I have felt very light-headed. I am eating. Nothing else is out of the ordinary. I am wondering if opening up my mind is causing this. Has anyone experienced that? Also, there is this particular spot on my floor in the hallway that I have felt like I stepped on a "hot spot". Very strange. There is nothing physical there. I feel like it may be on a metaphysical level, but can't even begin to fathom what that could mean. Any ideas or similar experiences. Things are getting funny. Thanks everyone!  |
