Unknown sensations on my left arm...

Hi,
i would like to tell you about something very strange happening to me.
Every time i meditate, i get that goose-flesh type of sensation that start from my spine and travels to my upper left arm. And then there is that sensation like if someone was carressing my arm very softly.
It really really feels like a hand. Sometimes i can feel it's "fingers" and it's very odd.
It can go to my upper left arm and go down to my shoulder and go up again. Sometimes it's on my chest over my heart.
I don't feel like a physical hand but these sensations are more closely feather like.
And everytime i am meditating or relaxed, it comes back and it's the same thing again: Goose-flesh sensations from my spine => to my left arm => and finally these "carressing" sensations.

Can somebody please tell me what the hell is happening to me? i can't control it and i'm started to be freaked out by this.

I read in an ekhardt tolle book that this is just feeling the aliveness in your own body. Because we seem to rush so much we often don't pay attention to this, but it makes sense to feel it in meditation. It also sounds a bit like synesthesia and I have this type, but for me it happens while I listen to music.

Yes i have them when i sometimes listen to music too. So what you're saying is that everyone feels it but we are mostly unaware? but why on my left arm only?
