 |  How do I know if I am communicating? Hello, this is my first post on the site, so I hope I am doing this right. I have only just begun researching into spirit guides, although I feel that I have had one helping me and teaching me for at least 8 months. I would very much like to communicate with my spirit guide, and I did attempt this while meditating (although I'm not sure if it was deep enough). My question is... If I am talking to my spirit guide, how can I tell that the answer in my head is truly one from my spirit guide and that it's not one that I am imagining/making up? And do you have any tips for correct meditation in order to contact my spirit guide? Thank you for any advice or thoughts you may have  |
