Hello, Forgive me if I sound nuts here... A few nights ago, I asked the Archangel Michael to help me have a lucid dream. I immediately thought that I should focus on the absurd and that when something absurd happened, I would know I was dreaming. So I went to sleep thinking about the absurd. That night in a dream my brother came into my room and started jumping on my bed and fighting with me (he's 30 and I'm 32) so I thought, yes, this is absurd, and I THOUGHT that i MIGHT be dreaming, but I could not remember reality. I just thought I might be dreaming. The next night, I remember in a dream that my aunt was much younger and lying on the floor in a stupor. I remember thinking, this is absurd, MAYBE I'm dreaming. But I wasn't sure, and I still couldn't recall reality, if that makes sense. When I was in the dream fighting with my brother, I tried things like flying and floating, but it didn't work. It was like I was still bound by the laws of our reality. Are these lucid dreams, or are they just lucidish aspects of a normal dream where I am not truly lucid? Is this how lucid dreaming begins, such that I will get better at it with practice? Incidentally, I tried to have a lucid dream last night, but didn't. I'm not sure what's going on. Drew |

Hi, If you are lucid in a dream you will know for sure! The first times it feels like "dream enlightenment". It sounds very much like being pre-lucid, that means you are close. And its likely that someone helped you to become lucid, that he gave you a picture where you realize, that you were dreaming. I had this last week, I didn't know that I was dreaming. A person came to me and asked "Would you realize if that's just a dream?" And then i saw a dog with pink hair riding on a pony, I'm sure that was a guide, I know them, they have a silly humor, like me So be open to your ability to do so and helpful hands helping you. enjoy it and be grateful. ~sb |

Now here's a new twist, last night I was in bed having a dream (I think) and I felt my body vibrate, and I said to myself, "I'm going to separate, I know it." Then I did separate, and I saw my body lying on the bed, thought it was not in the room that I was sleeping in. It was a very real experience, not much like a dream, and I'm not sure if somehow I was forced into an OBE, though I did ask archangel Michael to help me with lucid dreaming last night, and he said he would, so to speak I suppose. I walked around for a few minutes, walked through a wall, and ran into several people, but did not talk to them. I'm not sure what all this means. Who knows? There are only two possibilities, one is that I had an OBE, or the other is that it's the effect of the extra anxiety pill I took last night. |

Before you go to bed tonight ask Archangel Michael to teach you all about OBE's and lucid dreams, in your dream state. You'll start attending the best classes you'll ever go to....and then you'll never look back! Also, keep repeating this request day after day before you go to bed... and keep up for a while, this will increase your intent and then things will really happen for you. |

I was...well, I was using a Ouija board a while back. I know, I know...Ouija boards are no good, right? It started so that the only thing the board would say to me was "AMAMAMAMAMAM" over and over. AM. I mean, this was REALLY the only thing the board would say to me. Other people would use the board, but as soon as I put my hands on the plachenta, the "AM"s would start. I didn't use the board A LOT, I'd say I did it four or five times. Every time, it would say "AM." I had no idea what it meant. Archangel Michael. I never would have figured it out if you, Drew, hadn't referred to him as such. I do believe that was the reference being made. From my surface research on AM, this seems quite relevant to my life. Why is AM connected with lessons in OBE and lucidity? | |

| I'm glad I could help and make some small contribution to the world. I haven't had any lucid dreams since the last one I wrote about, but last night it was nearly impossible to go to sleep. So no caffeine today at all. AM told me that would help, so I'm going to not have any whatsoever and see what happens.

Before I went to sleep last night, I asked the Archangel Michael for "guidance, protection and assistance." This is the same thing that I have been doing, but I used to request this from "the universe." It's strange, the effect changing a name had. I became lucid in my dream. It took an effort to remain conscious of the fact that I was dreaming, but I did for a while. I recall there being a man in my dream, who talked to me about being lucid. I eventually forgot I was dreaming again, but I have never been lucid that long. In fact, I have only really been lucid one time prior to last night, and on that occasion I woke up after becoming aware of the dream. Addressing my requests to AM really helped. What's in a name? I used to think it was nothing, but I'm beginning to change my mind. I feel different people should use different names and terms, depending on their own situation. Finding what names (spirits? entities? ideas?) are right for you can be a challenge. |

| I have been trying to do this as well. I talk to AM every night as I'm going to sleep (the nights that I'm able to). We've opened quite a dialogue, so I'm interested to see where it leads. I hope it leads somewhere productive for you too.
