Hi, I didn't want to post firstly, because i thought it would be temporarily. But now i started to think about it, because i have this multiple times a day. When I'm at home and sitting relaxed, mostly when i surf on the internet, which is mostly in the evening/late afternoon, i get a pressure from the back of my head going inside the head, its not uncomfortable, like you would press you hand with the other one without pain, just pressure. Then the head fills stiff form the inside. I've this ongoing since months. One time I was in the Astral plane, i think in the ether(?), i saw a orb-like thing on my head, i don't know if this has to do something with that. If anyone knows something or can connect to my guides or higher self, i would be very thankful. I would do that on my own, but I'm not yet there to communicate at wish. I'm not the worry-type but it's not subtle, it's intense. ~sb |

my first impressions is i fel like im going to be sick. I don't think it's an attachment, it feels more like a developmental type energy to me. What im getting shown is that little place in the back of the head where we push all our fears and phobias where we don't want to confront them. I also pick up this is the place of the visual cortex i think it is called? This connects with the pineal gland in some way to form images for our clairvoyance. It may also be this. Funny thing too, i also see people behind you with rubber baseball bats hitting you across the back of the head like Wake Up already! ahaha hope this helps. |

Thanks for dropping in Jeremy! I had the same impression, that it is serving me in some way. Because otherwise i should felt a drain of energy or something like that, especially when i feel the pressure and it is more of something going into my head. On the other hand the feeling is very unusual. Thanks for the hint, i suppose you got that from my guides, they are so silly ~sb |

dear Sb before you check out the etheral/astral plane check out the physical. i suspect you have an overtired neck muscle which causes typical pressure on the back of the head radiating to the inside. it is probably just pressure and not yet pain. do you swim a lot? it also could be the expanding of the pineal chakra(3rdeye) tht you are picking up on a physical level. |

Gruetzi sups, thanks for your input. You are right, we should consider firstly the physical of course I feel much stuff happening energetically in me (kundalini etc.) so i might draw the wrong direction. Especially if i see things on my head. I will look where my neck muscles are in imbalance and I'm not swimming, tough it can be from too much sitting on uncomfortable chairs at the university. The second is possible too, I'm more in my intuition than ever since then. The orb thing would interest me still. ~sb |

Just wondering how you can be sure that you are experiencing Kundalini? I'm not doubting that much is going on for you energetically, I just don't know how you can be sure kundalini is what it is? What do you mean by "drawing the wrong direction"? Quote:

don't know how to know for sure, I've not met a person who knows this stuff perfectly If I compare my "symptoms" they are very similar with the ones i read. Many people experience them, it is absolutely not rare. I got them since i got more into OBE, working with chakras and connecting to angels. I have never done something with the intend to raise the kundalini energy, but surprisingly as i read in a book (kundalini) of my brother-in-law, many exercises where similar to the things i did intuitively, because they felt the best. That were also yoga like movements after sports, as stretching. First i didn't knew what was going on, i thought i brought something back from the other side and was a bit in panic. Those processes last for many people many years, I don't feel it on a regularly basis, if i meditated much on a day and i go to bed, it is likely that i feel it in my spine very intense stuff, much heat, waking up and overloaded sexdrive, beside other more "variable" things that are less characteristic. Before I got to know more of kundalini, I had very often dreams of snakes. I didn't find a explanation that resonated better. If you know one, I'm open to new knowledge You can replace that "draw" with "going" - in another language the construction would make sense, English is not my first language ~sb Last edited by Summerbreeze; 01-22-2011 at 01:24 PM. | |

Yeah I was going to say muscle issues. When you're concentrating on the computer, you could be straining muscles. I get tightness like this quite a bit. Mine usually turns into a migraine. I have also had a weird sort of sensation that goes from my neck to inside my head. I would get this tingle sensation that ran inside my head...this happened in a very stressful period of my life and has happened since, I think my brain was sending signals to switch my thinking off. It was actually a rather amazing experience. Every-time I was going into a spin, the sensation kicked in, and I couldn't think about anything. It's like my mind went blank. But since you're saying you're not stressed, I would guess it's a muscle issue. Try getting a massage. |

Oh ok, that makes more sense. I've also had a few visuals of snakes, and some interesting experiences with that sort of energy. I don't really know what else to add, but I would go with trying to find a physical reason for it first, before jumping straight to anything wacky. Quote:
