Automatic Writing

Hi everyone.

I came back from a reading with my teacher today.

Wowsa!

Theres so much happening for me this year in the way of development ( and relationships which im chuffed about) and learning. One vision i explained to her that i continually see is my getting up in a lecture type arena, and begin writing on a large white board. Im in a sort of trance, yet im not, and the pen is moving on it's own, yet it's not. If you can understand what i mean. Basically im channeling.

She says i should experiment with my Automatic writing. I've done this in the past, but i feel like it's inauthentic, or i stop before i get anything decent. So i decided to open this thread just to hear how you guys automatically write and what tips you can give. Believe me i've read the articles, but when it comes to actually physically writing, i get in my own way ( the ego that is) and basically give up.

So i'm opening myself to more synchronicity, to more learning and different ways, and it may become a major part of how i recieve info psychically. But it is most likely a means to channel teachings from spirit for others as well. One step at a time.

Apparently im a trance channel as well. Part of my deal here. Who wooda thunk it? lol

Just asking your guides, or angels or Higher-Self to come through is all you need to do. The hard part is that automatic writing is very subtle...it's not going to like knock you down, it's a very gentle art. Just sit with pen and paper and ask a question of your guides then write down the first thing that comes to mind, EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU'RE MAKING IT UP.

Chances are you're NOT making it up, it's really real. Try to keep your mind as quiet as possible and just write what comes without thinking about it. You'll be surprized once you get this flow going.... words will just come out of nowhere and you'll be getting great info.

You have to practice this alot at first to really get it right, even if you think you're making it up (which you're not).

So hang in there and keep trying. Also, it might help to read some channeled info from your fav channel before you start. I do that and it used to help in the beginning. I channel, through automatic writing, the angels... and do readings for people at psychic fairs. I've been doing this for years and coach others on how to ge it done. It's really all very simple... you just have to really want it really bad... and then it will happen for you.

A quiet mind will become your best friend.

Oh, and one more tip that will help is check out my thread on The Gentle Way, a method of getting help from your guardian angel (GA), this method will also raise your vibrations as you begin to work with your GA and you'll notice your ability to channel will increase not to mention the communication channels between you and your GA will open up more.

It's true what a previous poster said: you'll feel like you're making yourself up but you will be SO surprised to see that it is usually quite accurate!

Practice, practice, practice. That's the best thing you can do.

I was always unsure about when i started automatic writing that i was making it up which is one of the reasons i felt it wasn't working for me!

How off was I? lol

I'll definitley be setting some time aside now for it!

Also Angelpsychic - i have already read your thred which is really intriguing and i am actually intending on using it to find me the ' perfect' job. For now anyway. hahahaha.
