I started laughing and told her to thank her angels wholeheartedly, and how was that for immediate results? She just sat there holding the book with a stunned look on her face, knowing she'd already checked all under and around her bed.

The angels really were on the ball with this one

If you stay on your soul contract--that path YOU decided to try and stay on before birth to get the most out of this life on earth, then yes there are times when you request something that will not happen because it's not on your soul path.

Our souls have instructed these golden light beings to not advise, only to assist in a most benevolent manner, WHEN WE ASK, and as long as it does not interfere with our soul contracts (that's what my GA calls them). I still don't know what my soul contract is for the rest of my life--challenges, successes, etc., as my GA says it would be a dull life if we knew everything in advance.

Your posting was not quite clear as to what you wish to do. So I'll cover a couple of possibilities.

The first is if you have had some sort of relationship with someone that has continued on but you wish it ended.

"I request a most benevolent outcome for severing any emotional cords that are not in my best interest, thank you!"

The second would be for just clearing up a misunderstanding.

"I request a most benevolent outcome for clearing up any misunderstandings with ______ and may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!"

One question though, do you think it's possible to use MBO's to achieve lucid dreaming and astral projection?

For example, before going to sleep, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for having a lucid dream when I sleep and may the results and the dream itself be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!"

Perhaps for astral projection, before you meditate on raising your vibrations and leaving your body, "I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for reaching the astral plane through my meditation and may the results and the experience itself be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!"

What do you reckon?

yes those MBO's would work... i would say them every time you decide to AP and see how it goes.

You could also do an MBO to have astral projection angels help you every step of the way in your out-of-body state. Get creative with the MBO's... and keep trying different ones.

I've been dabbling in trying to lucid dream and astral project (yet to get solid success with either), and I thought MBO's might be a good way to help me along the way. Obviously, I'm not expecting instant results, because if I'm not ready then it wouldn't be particularly benevolent to toss me onto the astral plane! :P Although I am sure it will make the workings behind my progress far stronger.

Well, do consider anything that might be blocking you and then do an MBO about that, for example if you have any fears about astral projecting. You could say "I request the most benevolent outcome to heal and release any fears I have that may be standing in my way to having very easy and pleasant OBE's... and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect...thank you"

Try to be honest with yourself and see if you can pinpoint anything that still bothers you and seem's to be standing in your way. OBE's can be a little scary in the beginning and we need extra reassurance to help us continue. But do continue in spite of any blocks, persistance will be your best friend!

MBO-ers, how can I word an MBO or series of MBOs that will help me become open to possibilities? Like a relationship and world travel, and maybe both at the same time? I still have this crazy fear that either good things don't come to me (which I know isn't true) or good things come for a few moments and then I'm left worse off than before. I'd...rather not fear growth, abundance, and progression.

Also, one more thing you can do is to sit down and call out to your guardian angel and ask it to come to you and have a "talk". As you sit imagine as if your guardian angel is sitting right next to you and looking at you, ready to have a nice long chat. And then just talk to this being and tell them what's going on with you, you can even tell them your deepest and darkest secrets, your deepest yearnings, you can admit how hard things are for you, and how you want it easier. Tell them about your deep desire to have a soulmate come to you, and who you would like to see show up. Really pour your heart out and if you see fit you can even yell and scream, cry, and really pour it all out (I've done this myself). Your guardian angel understands everything about you... and if you really need to have many things happen no matter what... just add that.

I'm sure you understand what I'm saying here. This really works by the way, I've done this myself, even sometimes while I'm driving when I'm all alone and nobody else can hear me. Choosing a spot where no matter how much you yell, only you and your guardian angel will hear it.... will be very helpful. Going out in nature is also a VERY good place to do this, while say... sitting by a tree.

These conversations can have an even MORE beneficial effect sometimes... than MBO's because since you're coming from the deepest parts of yourself and you're 'baring your Soul"... so to speak.

Now is the time to really pull out all the stops and go it.......

First, let me just say that this thread has been amazing. This stuff really works, but I need some advice as such. Also, great posts AngelPsychic. i

I'm kind of embarrassed to say what MBO I requested a couple of days ago was. However, I saw lots of signs regarding it and in the end, the deed happened. (There's a clue).

Why do I feel so awful about it? Is this part of a bigger meaning that I have to learn and take comfort from, because I'm hurting inside badly.

Well, since you're hurting inside badly you can do MBO's for that. Ask to have your emotions released and healed, or something like that. Whenever anything comes up that hurts or bothers you that should be a signal to do an MBO to help you heal... you could ask for an emotional, physical and spiritual healing all in one MBO...it's up to you really what you want to say.

Your GA never "quits" on you. This magnificent, powerful "golden light being" has volunteered to take care of you (and a few thousand other souls) in every one of your lives on earth--which are all taking place at the same time!

My GA Theo says he takes care of 19,000 souls, and that sounds like a lot, until you factor in that each one of these souls has a soul group or "cluster" of 6 to 10 "fragments" each having 600 to 800 lives on average on earth; and each one of these fragments has a total of 11 parallel lives going on at the same time (the 12th is "non-physical" and I don't understand that yet)! As my GA Theo says, they are "great multi-taskers."
So they are there every minute of the day for us, but we have to request the assistance, as our souls have told them to not assist unless we ask for the assistance--that's the rules WE set up for the "earth experiment."

By the way, we're on the 6th Time Line--in the middle of the pack. There are time lines that have easier lives than we do and ones that have harder lives.

So I have been saying MBOs about keeping my apartment and my things safe from harm for a while now, since the beginning, and the other day there was a leak in my apartment's ceiling. I just now found out that the apartment above mine had extensive water damage - we're talking the sheet rock ceiling collapsing in the living room and bedroom - and that's why I had a mild trickle coming through various holes in the ceiling. I feel like I was really, really blessed that the only thing that was damaged in that roof leak was a box of pancake mix.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. It would have been a disaster to have my ceiling fall.

The manager offered to replace the pancake mix but I declined, saying that I felt like it was a good trade off (no serious damage, just pancake mix) and he smiled and said that I am a nice girl.

I am so grateful that all I lost was that pancake mix. Angels, you really came through for me.

It looks like everyone is really engaging with the greater understanding that we can ask and receive, and it's great to see it having some positive affects. Intention really does matter, as well as the actual words that we use and the agencies/spirit that we call upon. I started a Prayer Request thread but now see that this is similar!

May I have a few sentence to say for my 20 1/2 year old son who doesn't take anything seriously. He is going to a community college and doesn't do his reports on time or not at all. I would go back to the very first post in this thread and read the links I posted from Tom Moore's website. Those links will lead you to the first two chapers of his book explaining most benevolent outcomes and how they work. The chapters are free. I HIGHLY recommend using MBO's for yourself first... then start to work on your son. Rather than asking us here to just give you a few sentences to help... it would be MUCH better for you learn from the "ground-up" so to speak.... how to use MBO's....and eventually benevolent prayers for your son.

I will say a "benevolent prayer" for your son right now and everyone reading this can also say this outloud for Carmen's son...if many people say this... it will have a better effect on him. "I ask any and all beings to please help Carmen's son be more responsible and choose the correct path for himself for this lifetime....thank you"

It took a day or two before a random thought appeared in my head which has led me to a decision on doing the right thing. I feel energised, turning it into a positive.
As others have mentioned, it's always the wording that I feel may be wrong.

I feel that the initial MBO request happened to lead me down this path, a path which is of truth and opening my inner self to the world (the healing MBO has showed me this).

And as mentioned in posts here, please request an MBO for those affected in Japan and anyone else you see who is in need of help. Put yourself in their place and understand that spiritual help can make a lot of difference.

I discovered this thread yesterday and decided to try it out immediately. Being a little short of cach recently I asked a MBO for a specific client to make a due payment. I had a hard time not to think negative thoughts while doing this MBO since quite a lot of frustration has built up recently in this area. I whispered the sentence and went to sleep, calming myself down with the thought that the higher beings are taking care of this now. Today I saw that two hours after I did the MBO she sent me an email saying she had just sent the money and indeed she did! I didn't ask her to hurry up with the payment or anything like that. So far so good!

I have a question: is it necessary to address our asking to the guardian angel? I know some people may not believe in angels helping out but are comfortable with spirit guides, higher intelligence, etc. Would addressing MBO's to spirit guides work as effectively? BTW, who is a guardian angel and how is he or she differnet from a spirit guide? I have these images of angelic figures with huge shiny wings but don't know if these images are not simply created by religions.

It's great to see you got results already from using an MBO. The questions you ask would take a bit of explaining and so forth, and since you're brand new to MBO's I would recommend going to the link below and reading Tom Moore's newsletters, which cover all the information you just requested about angels and spirit guides. If you go to the link (and click on FREE weekly newsletter) and read back through all of Tom's newsletters (there's quite a few) you'll get all the information you asked for, make sure you go back to the very first newsletter and then read forward through them all.

I'll give a little information for Lemon Juice and anyone asking the question about requesting a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO). Notice that when you say the request you are not calling on any particular diety, angel, guide, etc. There is a purpose for this manner of requesting the MBO. I wrote the books for all faiths and beliefs, so when you request your MBO you don't have to believe it's your Guardian Angel, as I do. You can believe you are addressing a Guide, Jesus, God, Mohammad, Allah, Arch Angel Michael, the Buddha, a Hindu god, etc. It doesn't matter, because IT WORKS!

To give a short answer I've been told by my Guardian Angel that the "GA"'s as I call them are actually Golden Light Beings with great knowledge and experience who came from other creations and volunteered to assist thousands of souls all at the same time in every life we live on earth. A Guide, as has been explained to me, are soul fragments like ourselves, with lots of experience in certain areas--such as your career--who are there not only to assist us, but also to learn more themselves. You're a guide to many other people having lives in every time period. Life is much more complex, I'm told, than we can ever understand in a 3rd dimensional world. And angles only sport wings if that's your belief system.

Also, you don't have to start at the first on my newsletters. You can start with the latest one, or let your fingers be guided to start in the middle somewhere, as perhaps that's where you will find information that YOU need.
