"Now days I say a 'Living Prayer' each morning that I've been told in meditation will erase a lot of Karmic debt. I say, "I ask that any and all beings come to the aid and comfort of anyone that I've ever harmed either physically, mentally, morally, spiritually, or emotionally in any past, present, or future life, and I ask that any and all beings bring aid and comfort to the families of anyone that I've ever harmed in any way, thank you."

I've been told that this is rarely said in a physical life--it's advanced. I highly recommend it".

I had a funny experience today with a MBO, which showed me you have to be very precise

Went for grocery shopping and when I was done I saw the long lines and I went into one even though I was third in that line, guy No 1 had loads and loads of groceries so I requested a MBO for another cashier to open ...About 2 mins later just when I started to put my groceries on the belt I heard a lady saying, come over here , I will open this cashier..My MBO was answered in no time but I should have added : ...another cashier to open so I can be first in line and can get out quickly

Yes that's such a good example of being exact when requesting MBO's. I think doing MBO's while we're shopping is a great way to have small miracles happen on a daiily basis. I've have dozens of amazing things happen in stores, just recently I had been looking for sunglasses in very nice stores and had planned to pay at least $25 or more for them (which is not alot but I don't like to spend too much) anyhow, I did an MBO before I went into a 99 cent store all I said was " I request the most benevolent outcome to have a great time in this store and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect" and as soon as I walked in I was "drawn" to the sunglasses and found a really nice pair for 99 cents.... I couldn't believe it, since I know these stores have sort of very shabby sunglasses, well I bought them and so far they are as good as a very expensive pair as far as I can tell...and I'm very happy. I was so surprized by this find...it never happens with something like sunglasses....it's fantastic how our guardian angels always seem to find just the right item, not only to make us happy but to kind of make your jaw drop at the same time...lol!

This might be a silly question, but what does it mean when you ask for something that goes so far from working out? I really enjoyed working with my therapist and I made sure to ask for continued work (and money to afford her) in an MBO...and she dumped me this morning. Disheartening all across the board.

When you asked for the most benevolent outcome about your therapist, and then got dumped, that's probably the best outcome, even though at this time it does not look like it. You might do better either without a therpaist or perhaps you need to look into a different one.

This sometimes happens when people ask for the most benevolent outcome in the form of an MBO at their present job...and then suddenely get fired...lol.
It may seem like a disaster at first, but perhaps your guardian angel is trying to create circumstances that will push you a little to take some sort of action for something new... which in turn would be best for you, even though you don't see it. Always trust that everything will work out for the best when you ask for an MBO.... your guardian angel really does wish you to have the best in life, so keep the faith!

I just thought of something else, since at this time you trust your guardian angel and you know they wish the best for you, the next thing would be to do some MBO's such as:

"I request the most benevolent outcome to have a new therapist come to me that will be 100 times better than my last one, and I request this outcome to be even better than I could hope for or expect....thank you"

(I would also do MBO's for the solution to your problem that you had gone to a therpist to resolve in the first place, for example, if you were depressed and went to the therapist for that, you could do all sorts of MBO's to have your guardian angel resolve your depression for you, if you have trouble wording your MBO properly for your specific problem, just ask me and I'll help you. Using several different MBO's for your problem from all different angles could help you get rid of your problem very quickly and probably save you alot of money too!)

Okay, MBOs seem to be really working for me now.

I declared an MBO this morning: "I request a most benevolent outcome that I have a safe and enjoyable drive today and that I finish work early, and may the benefits be even more than I can ever expect or anticipate. Thank you."

I work as a truck driver and start work at 3am and usually finish at 12pm-1pm. However, today, not only did my work day run smoothly, I got back to base, tipped my truck and was home by 11.06am! Fantastic stuff!

I feel tempted to create an MBO for winning some cash on the lottery to pay my bills for the next 6 months. Don't feel I deserve it, but will push through the "unworthiness" belief barrier.

I am so happy to have found this thread right at this time. My life has been upside down since I first dabbled in the idea of Subjective Reality with the Busting Loose books last year...I think the difficulties I'm having are related to my idea of what I "deserve".

This idea of just relaxing, letting go and communicating with my guardian angels works much better for me than the idea that I'm creating all this crap in my reality.

Thanks for reminding me that you need to physically ASK for assistance...I'm loving this method. Any chance the book will be available for Kindle any time soon?

Hey it's great to see MBO's are working for you! One thing I would do to help pay some bills, is just do an MBO for them (don't mention HOW they will be paid....leave that up to your guardian angel), you can say something like. "I request the most benevolent outcome to get some help with my insurance payment for my truck, and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect....thank you". You can do this with any bill, in fact Tom Moore recomemnds this rather than say asking for a million dollars, since winning a big sum of money may or may not be in your soul contract, but getting help with an individual bill is OK.

Hang in there and keep requesting MBO's for everything! As time goes by you'll get more and more creative about what to ask for and how to ask for it... and you'll be off and running, and never look back!

I did an MBO about a year ago for my car insurance and got a big break in it, which never happens to me. I can't gaurantee this will work for you... but give it a shot.

Sometimes it takes time for your guardian angel to set things up in order to help you with a particular MBO, so you might not notice them right away. For example, finding a soul mate, that may take weeks or a month or so, or longer (I'm guessing here) to actually get this person to you. That's why it's always a good idea to start small with MBO's. Ask for parking spaces, do MBO's before you go into a store, also do healing MBO's for youself (which I think work great since I notice energy flowing through me to help with any problem such as a headache, which vanishes quickly with an MBO request).

So if you're new at this, start small, you CAN do some of the big MBO's also when you first begin, but also make sure you do plenty of small ones for everyday things... the mundane stuff...I'm sure you can think of loads of MBO's to say for those. Tom mentions in one of his newsletters to also ask for the things we think are impossible.... so ask for everything and anything and then watch to see what happens.

Requesting MBO's keeps you on your soul path, so if you requested something that would take you off it, what you requested will not happen. Or if you requested something that is not benevolent for ALL those involved in the request, it will not happen.

I requested a lot of MBO's when I was trying to put together financing for a package of movies that I and a friend in Paris had optioned several spy novels from WWII. Traveled to St. Petersburg, Prague, Budapest, Cannes, L.A. and Paris, but each time something weird would happen to cause the deals to fall apart.

I finally asked Theo about it and he said it would have taken me down another path and that I would reach more people with my books that I would have ever reached with the movies. You just have to accept this when you start requesting MBO's.

Tom, how are we able to know the difference whether a MBO just needs time to be fulfllled or whether its not benevolent for all involved to be happen ?

Thank you so much for this thread and the wonderful posts! I have become a great believer in "my angels" over the past year, and talk to them and make requests of them frequently. But having such a lovely way to talk to them will make the whole experience even more fulfilling. I would go so far as to say I think they led me to this forum 2 days ago, as I have been requesting more answers from them. I truly believe in GA's and ask mine to assist me daily. Today I had positive proof they were with me when my car began to have steering problems. This is before I had read this thread and Tom Moore's pages, but I'm sure I got assistance anyway. I asked Archangel Michael for assistance to get me home safely, since I didn't know whether I was imagining the steering problem or not. The car reverted to driving normally until I was just around the corner from home. Then the steering got so bad I could barely pull the car into my driveway. I think this happened as a way of saying, we got you safely home, and you weren't imagining it, here's the proof.

I tell my grown up kids when they go for a jog, "remember you have a guardian angel with you - if you get into any trouble call on him!" Now I can teach them to say a MBO before they go

It's so good to see that you're into MBO's and I'm glad you mentioned that you think your angels lead you here. I can't tell you how many times that's happened to me, where my angels lead me to the most amazing places!

Also, it's good you called on Archangel Michael for help with your car. Did you know that Archangel Michael is sort of like a "mechanical" angel, he's great at fixing things (read this in an angel book, that's how I know). Anyway, I've asked Archangel Michael to help me wth my car many times and have gotten all sorts of help from him, he actually helped get my car started once, when it almost impossible for me to get it to turn over. Also, when "high strangeness" overtakes my computer and nothing seem's to work, he's pulled me out of that too.... more times than I can remember. It's always good either call on Archangel Michael when in you're in a crunch with some type of machine and can't get it to work.... or just do an MBO (sometimes I use both...lol).

I don't presume to know how Tom would answer this, but I'm going to give you my answer that I've experienced directly... in hope it sheds some light on this problem.

I've noticed, as I would assume, everyone else does who uses MBO's that from time to time, things just don't "work" with the MBO method. I've been left scratching my head more than once over some MBO's since I could not figure how or if they were granted, or if it just wasn't in my best interest to have them come about. Anyway... one solution I've used, that only sometimes works, is that right after I ask the MBO or maybe a little while later, I would ask outloud to my Guardian Angel WHY this particular MBO did not work. And then I have to pay very carefull attention to my thoughts because more than likely my GA will give me a telepathic answer. So the first thing that crosses my mind after I ask the question is most likely the answer.

Obviously this is not an easy thing to do, but I do get answers sometimes that make me go "hmmmmm". Or perhaps you could just do an MBO for your GA to give you a very strong indication in the form of a telepathic thought as to why the MBO did not work or seem's to be delayed.

In the long run, if you really stand back and think about this. The ULTIMATE method of communicating with your GA is to have a one-on-on conversation and be able to clearly understand what your GA is saying. I think anyone can do this, you just need to practice it alot, where you ask a question and then "listen" for the answer.

Thanks AngelPsychic, yes I often joke that I wear Michael out with my requests! When I felt the steering go wonky I asked him to fix it so I could get home. It immediately righted itself until near my home. I always make sure he and my GA's know how grateful I am for their assistance. I also talk to Archangels Gabriel, Raphael, Ariel, Uriel, and Chamuel and they always seem to hear me. I'm looking forward to using the MBO's to strengthen my connection to the angelic realm. I've just spent a couple of hours going through Tom Moore's site reading the inspiring stories. This has been a great day!

Wow, yes! This is how I get many answers! Once I got a little frustrated that I never got feathers as proof of angels around me. I got a bit petulant and demanded of my GA, "Why do you never send me feathers?" I immediately received the thought, "why do you need proof when we show you every day we are with you?" That put me soundly in my place

It's great you talk to your GA! I'm also glad you found the living prayer helpful. Saying it everyday can have an enormous impact on our lives also help past ones and future ones too! I belive the "living prayer" and the "Benevolent prayer" are the same thing. Here's it is for those not familar with it:

Sometimes i think this will lead me to zero limits. Where my mind state will be zero and whatever i will insert it will be miracle for me and i will use it for myself and for my family, friends and this universe.

I manifested this for me. It works for me and i clicked joyful myself, yesterday. Oooo i am happy man living on earth. Yay!!!

Starting it was difficult thing to choice. What's small? I picked up gratitude idea and turned it into benevolent request. It's fun for me.
