My MBOs lately haven't been working. I think its because I've gotten so accustomed to doing them that it's become mechanical(?) I mean, can that happen? It IS true that you need to put some energy and emotion in an MBO for it to work right?

In my own experience, I noticed that my MBO's on some day's are more subtle. So the results of MBO's seem to go up and down a bit, I'm sure there are other factors at play too, being patient with MBO's is another thing we need to develop.

I have also noticed that when I say my MBO's with more emotion and enthusiasm, they do indeed work better, so I've seen the positive feedback here. Sometimes if I do a simple MBO just before I go into a store and say it in a very unemotional way, I get "average results", but if I say it with great enthusiam, I get better results. You have to play with this a bit, and see for yourself how it works. But from time to time, when there's nobody around, say an MBO or two like you're wildly excited about the outcome and are super enthusiastic.... when I do that the results can sometimes be amazing!

I just remembered one more thing, when I do this type of super excited MBO, I really put my heart into it, and I'm not faking it when I'm super excited. I try to make my feelings for my MBO as honest as possible, and also your GA knows when you fake it, because the angels can read your intent, they always know exactly where you're coming from.

I remember being in bed and having this feeling of excitement as I was imagining a new love come into my life...from that point on I attracted one woman after another..now keeping the relationship is another thing all together..but when I combined emotion with intention..I was unstopable.

I think Tom would need to give you his input on this one too. From my point of view, if you do not get results from using one MBO for your study time, try to think of other ways to approach it using MBO's, for example:

"I request the most benevolent outcome to have my memory retain all the important information I'm about to study, so that I receive a VERY high grade on my test, and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect....thank you"

Another way to phrase it, would be:

"I request the most benevolent outcome for my attention and thinking to be very clear and my emotions very calm, so I can easily remember everything I'm about to study, and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect....thank you"

I'm sure you understand what I'm doing here... try to get creative when you do MBO's, don't just use the obvious phrasing, try and pinpoint what exactly you wish to happen, and then ask for that.

As an afterthought, I just had another good idea come to me. You could also try this one:

"I request the most benevolent outcome to for my spirit guides to tutor me in the dream state so that the material I'm about to study (for example in Math) can easily be understood and retained in my memory for quick retrival and may this outcome be even better than I could hope for or expect...thank you"

I have found that reading out loud the MBO's specifically created for others in this thread do me a lot of good, even if the issues have nothing to do with me or my situation. I find it a 'quick fix' when I feel down or when my MBO reactions are mellow, and I don't have the time or inclination to delve too deeply into the 'Why's?' of this.

In quite a few threads the ascension-symptoms are mentioned, which strap most of us on emotional roller coasters of note. The coming eclipses in June/July will cause the same energetic 'upheavals' as in April/May, so better come prepared for the ride and use the tools available to alleviate the effects of these. The reading of the MBO's is a fairly easy way to use this gentle method of calling on the angels and raising your personal vibrational level, which really does help.

The reason why this works, I think, is because we are universally connected on all levels, which means that everybody's problems are mine also, so to speak. While I defnitely experience that I help myself out of emotional funks, I want to believe that I'm also helping others this way.

BTW, I find that the same happens when I read out loud invocations of and prayers to the angels.

I need a few creative MBO's for a serious writer's block that I've experienced...well, since early adulthood. It didn't matter too much over the years, but my idea of a dream job was always to work with words (Ink does run in my family's veins), and I have now landed exactly such a job. So the block has become an issue. It literally feels as if my brain slows down and my thoughts become muddled when I have to plan and write articles, even thinking up MBO's for this is difficult. I have run out of ideas; does anyone have some extra ones to spare?

I would try :"I herewith request the most benevolent outcome for all blockages that prevent me from writing great articles will be removed now , may the outcome be better than I expect or hope for - Thank you "

One more suggestion to have your writing take on new and wonderful proportions is to call out to the Archangels, Gabriel, Metatron, and Uriel, all these archangels inspire and work with writers and artists. You can call on all 3 at once and ask for their advice and help, doing this will bring you fantastic results. Also, you can do searches on them on the internet, especially Archangel Gabriel since this angel's main function is for writers and artists, even though at an archangelic level, they can help you with anything.

Can anyone tell me which archangel I should ring up for healing? Because acne is really kicking my face's ass. Heck, screw face; I have a bump in my ear now. Why, oh, why must I be the one to suffer? From what I've heard, no one in my family has this garbage; I'm the ugly duckling. I've tried MBOs for it and they haven't worked. Tch. I need an archangel that specializes in skin conditions.

Call on Archangel Raphael and the angels of healing for help. Archangel Raphael is the angel of the green healing ray, when he comes to you see him sending green energy into your body.

We share angels with everyone else, even our own guardian angels. Theo has said that the average GA can take on 6000 tasks at the same time, so multi-tasking is very easy for them, they also have many people they watch over. You really do need to read Tom's newsletters, start at the very beginning (2007) and read forward, there are many of them now and it will take you a while, but it's worth doing. You need more background on the angels I can't give it all to you, you must read it for yourself!

Rookie, I can only relate what my own GA Theo has said on the subject. He says that Guardian Angels, as we call them (they prefer "Servants of the Creator" but no one would know what I was talking about) take care of 6,000 to 12,000 or so "whole souls". Now I'm going from memory here and it's early in the morning so don't hold me on those numbers. Theo says he takes care of a little over 19,000 "whole souls" as he was the very first "golden light being" to volunteer for this "earth experiment", so he was given as many souls as he wished to take care of.

Now keep in mind that each GA takes care of all the soul "fragments" of each whole soul--he says they average 6 to 12 fragments (that's us) in ALL OF THEIR LIVES taking place ALL AT THE SAME TIME, as time is an illusion for us. And in each one of our 600 to 800 lives on average, there are 11 TIME LINES (parallel lives)! So I use the analogy that Theo could handle 2 million requests for a parking space all at the same time and never break a sweat! Quite a bit different from the general idea of Clarence getting his wings in IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE isn't it?

May I suggest that you go to my website The Gentle Way by Tom Moore - A Self-Help Guide For ThoseWho Believe In Angels and click on SIGNS. There you will find a DAILY AFFIIRMATION, which I say each day. I recommend that you SAY THIS and not listen to a recording. Then there is the DAILY BENEVOLENT PRAYER. Read why this is so important to say each day, as you heal what you have done to other people in all your lives (which as I mentioned to Rookie are all taking place at the same time). Then the last thing to say is the EXPECT GREAT THINGS "mantra" as my readers call it. Theo says some really nice things will start happening in your life within two weeks of saying that each day.

Although this may seem like a lot to say each day on the surface, I'm able to do them from memory while I'm waiting for the water to get hot in the morning before shaving, so we're only talking about a couple of minutes a day, and you'll really see some changes in your life. You can print out each sign to read until you memorize them. As with anything I suggest, you have to test these out for yourself to see if they work for you, as I can TELL you, but until you experiment yourself you won't know.

Thanks Sunnydays and AngelPsychic, your MBO's did start a whole avalanche of them, as well as some really nice results. AP, I invoked the AA's that you suggested, as well as a few other ones. Today I have nearly finished a fairly technical and complicated medical article and was amazed at how easily it just 'flowed' from me! What a rush to be creative again...and getting the work done. It was really encouraging, so thanks.

Rookie, I hope you get to read this, and forgive me if I'm repeating a previous poster - perhaps you should adjust your MBO's and ask for the right kind of skin treatment for yourself? There are some really good products and treatments available for even the toughest of skin conditions, maybe simply ask for guidance to become aware of the most suitable one for you, and then for ways to receive it?

Since last week I've been MBO-ing like mad for some emotional equilibrium and just a break from these mood swings caused by the latest shift. At least I didn't lose my mind (which I credit the angels for), but I still felt hectically out of sorts. Two days ago I started thinking of contacting my homeopath for a specific remedy - dismissed it at first, because it didn't make sense, but today just went and got it anyway. Anybody familiar with homeopathic remedies will know just how fantastically fast they work when the prescription is spot on...! I feel a lot calmer and balanced, grateful for the angels' guidance. So, Rookie, sometimes miraculous healings do take place, but open the door for the angels to provide you with alternatives too. And be patient, lol!, sometimes it takes a bit of time for the angels to present us with solutions.

This energy is a creation energy we will call it for the time being. I will let people ponder this for a while and we can return to it one day in the future.

I feel a great sense of relief/release of stress when I say MBO's sometimes, specially around my solar plexus or throat. Perhaps it's the same thing happening, just different sensations for every person?

Yes that could be it, the way you explained it as a sense of relief/release, so that's good you notice that. What I feel when I say a MBO, is an actual current of energy enter my body, sometimes through my feet, but not always. This energy seem's to surround me and I feel as if I'm in a bubble of energy. I'm also very energy sensitive and have asked , for years now, for the angels to send me healing energy and vitality energy, so by now I'm very aware of these energies, which in turn sort of made it very easy for me to sense the energies from the MBO's.

Anyway, I always feel this current of energy start right after I say an MBO for anything, I can even feel this energy when I'm not home and out walking or whatever, right after I say even the most mundane and ordinary MBO. So that's why I brought it up in the first place, I had wondered what Theo would say about this. Theo also hinting in his answer that there's more to it than just creation energy, but only wanted to say a little bit, and in the near future would talk about it again. I guess he wants more people to start to notice this and observe it in themselves so that they can draw their own conclusions before he gives away any more information about it.

On my way to the barber shop this morning, I did an MBO to get a really nice cut. Now, usually my hairline comes out a little uneven, because of how my hair is. This kinda irked me, but it always fixed itself after a day or two. So today, the barber noticed this and fixed up my hairline so it looks perfect on both sides. Now I have the best haircut I've gotten in weeks! Thank you, MBOs and GA!

I printed a variation of my avatar pic with the 'daily affirmation' and posted it next to my bed, fits in nicely with the other practices I'm working into habits.

One head-scratcher - I've had a couple minor things pass into and out of my mind, things I decided I "needed" to do, not formal requests/intentions in any sense, and yet BOTH have been taken care of by someone else in the last 12 hours.

I definitely think so. AP is waaaay ahead of me yet I feel that my sensitivity to energy, angelic nudges and the results I get with different MBO's increase almost daily. Last night I woke up at 11h30pm and couldn't fall asleep again for hours. All the time I had this crazy notion that I should go outside, ask MBO's and also pray for others. Oh, NO mercy! Angels apparently rival boot camp instructors if need be - it's winter here. Yet only after I did this crazy thing (at 4am) could I fall asleep again. Back in bed, that is.

Today started as challenging as the rest of the past week, yet turned out, to the last detail, so perfectly that it takes my breath away.

I'm learning to listen to the 'silent voice' at the moment, even risking getting it totally wrong. I'll learn to discern. But yes, the more I do the more I feel, and the more my life experience changes.

Yes Tom. Some people do just suck energy from you. My advice is to have as little contact with these people as possible, and surround yourself with white light and send white light out to surround them too, plus requesting a MBO that you will have protection from any energy drains during her visits to them. She can also request a MBO to sever all energy cords, which are not in her best interest, as she does have energy cords attached to her from these people.

So here are a couple of MBO’s to request if you feel you’re having a similar problem with in-laws, or any family or ex-family member.

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for having complete protection from any energy drains during the visit by ______, thank you!”

“I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for severing any energy cords that are not in my best interest at this time, thank you!”

That should take care of the “chains that bind.”
