I finally arrived at the office and walked in to see...an empty conference room! Turns out my boss was caught in the same traffic jam and called ahead to cancel the staff meeting. Thanks Max!!!

I use the MBO's now to keep the Landlord of my back , not for any unpaid rent but we ( all three parties in this house) are having a dispute about the utility bill(s) he provided - since I went to look for help at the tenants association he is trying to get to me at any opportunity, which can be really annoying if you are like me and all you want is your peace

Since I use the MBO's to keep him away from the house and to keep me and my family safe I hardly see him anymore - I am certain it will stay like that until we have found the place/house we want to live in next

I have some suggestions on how to help you even further with this situation with your landlord. Also, these suggestions would work for anybody, in any type of difficult situation with other people. All of us will probably have some nasty confrontations in the coming months and years, with all sort's of people, so remembering these suggestions is a good idea. I know I use them from time to time and it does help with the interactions I have with other people.

One suggestion is to say an MBO to put a bubble of pretection around yourself when you have a face-to-face meeting with a landlord, or anybody else who seem's to be very negative. You can ask your GA to keep this protection up all day, or just for the time you're with the negative person. You can also say an MBO for more angels to assit with helping the negative person to have a heart opening if that's just right for them and ask that many angels come to help with this, so that the whole situtation works out better.

I'm know I'm getting a bit too detailed, but sometimes it helps to itemize things, even though when you do an MBO for a benevolent outcome for a situtaion your GA takes care of all the details. You could try it both ways really. Saying an MBO for having more confidence and power, during a verbal confrontation also helps too. You have to get creative with these MBO's and stand back and see the whole situation and try to come up with ways to help yourself and also the other person. I'm sure you understand what I mean.

I've been doing MBOs/Benevolent Prayers for the past few days - I was in a sucky situation on account of financially helping out my parents and then losing a source of income on top of it.

The good news is that after a year of being unemployed, my stepdad got a job!! Everyone here is happy

Well, at the end of each MBO, you should say thank you. I would imagine that alone would be enough for your GA. Another way, and I do this myself sometimes, is I just talk to my GA outloud after I say an MBO. Just pour your heart out, tell them how much you appreciate them, and even love them for all the wonderful help! I've even read in some books that people like to sing to their angels, I'm sure they would be thrilled if you did this.

Another way to really give your GA a BIG hug and thank you and also lot's of love all rolled into one, (and I think I got a nudge to write this down just now since my GA is giving me a little input.) The best way to thank them is to BE an earth angel for someone you know. or even just a stranger.

In that case I will stop resisting and do so. It feels natural for me to do that, but I allow other fears to... I ask Archangel Michael and my Guardian Angels to bolster my courage and make no further excuses... Thank you!

When I notice that I have received a Benevolent Outcome on something I requested, I say, "thank you, thank you, thank you!" This is more for my own feelings and also it gives me a positive feedback each time I say this that the MBO requests are working. Our GA's do this out of love, so you don't have to, but I'm sure it is appreciated.

Goodie, a new application for my imaginary (?!?!?) language/chanting! This is a way to have your MBO's in a list you can access easily and in section headings like Relationships, so it's easier to find them and say them.
It is not complete and does not include heaps Tom Moore has.
If your MBO is in this and has been changed I hope you don't mind. This compilation has been in the works for a few months and then I got the energy and inspiration to do the editing and work of making it into a document which I am very pleased with.
There will be more to come as I find new MBO's and create them so there will be new versions of this document in the future. Feel free to edit and make it your own plus add your own MBO's and you can share it all you want. The Word doc file is the one to download so you can make changes but if you don't have Segoe print font then it will not be all in order.

Since I added an MBO into the credits at the end of this doc many MBO's have occurred that relate to what I asked for, such as being able to convert this into a pdf format to keep the font and document intact for those without Segoe print font . I also found a great website for sharing documents articles etc and have uploaded this successfully. So this project has been time consuming but has reaped many MBO's which would make a large list already! I have learnt alot plus read over so many great MBO's and reworded them for even better results. I could go on but I will stop now !!! My wish is for this to benefit everyone and myself and create heaps of MBO's and wonderful experiences.

Thank you Soulerika! However, I would consider changing the very first request which is I ask any and all being. In a way you're asking for ANY beings - dark or light beings - to help others. They can help... Through fear, manipulation, etc. Would it not be better to ask for specifically ascended masters, angels, the archangels, etc? At least you know the help is coming from "good" sources.

I always say, "I ask any and all beings from the light." I have had experiences from the dark side in the past and as soon as I read the original wording, I thought the same as you, Veloci. Saying "from the light" makes me feel better about invoking random beings, but that is just a personal preference. When I am asking for safety for my children or my husband I like the added knowledge they are protected by higher beings.

I also talk conversationally to my angels and the archangels, it makes me feel closer to them.

I think ... this is the first time I'm be doing this; I'm going to ask for a MBO that will help give me some money to splurge on myself, lol.

I know I used a MBO request for money once before but that was for a more "justified" cause: my mom and I were visiting Albany - the state capital of NY - for the first time, and instead of dropping us off at Albany University, the taxi driver dropped us off at Albany High School w/o us realizing it and scamming us out of $20. I typed up a MBO on my iPod's notepad app asking that we recover our monetary loss somehow by the end of the day. I was worried it wouldn't work because it was typed, but on our way back to NYC my mom did give me $25 as allowance. I dunno if it actually worked that time or as a coincidence, because it didn't really seem to go with the original MBO(that we both gained our loss, not just me, but I was really grateful for it).

But now, I'm going to see if I can do a MBO that will give me money that I can use to splurge on myself. I dunno though, it seems like a "bad" thing, but then again I barely shop for myself, so ... Any tips for this?

Hi to those commenting about this and suggesting I change the wording "I ask that any and all beings come to the aid and comfort of anyone that I've ever harmed either physically, mentally, morally, spiritually, or emotionally in any past, present, or future life, and I ask that any and all beings bring aid and comfort to the families of anyone that I've ever harmed in any way, thank you."
This is Tom T Moore's wording and I have used his words , if you have a concern that you may invite darkness into this then use your wording you like to allay that concern. I understand any and all being seems like an invite for any good or bad beings but as the intention is not for this it doesn't invite them.
Theo Tom's Guardian Angel has given me this to share with you on this
" use what wording you like as we know what is in your heart as you make this request, because only your good is our wish and we love and protect you always . All is Love and Us no separation, only lessons you are learning about love and the absence of love . Enjoy and reap benefit from all that you do ."
I have given everyone permission to make any alterations they like and to share this and receive it or not . It is my gift to me and you. I love you all and thankyou for your appreciation and comments. I haven't found any lists of MBO's so far except what I have collated. Tom's books have many in sections which are very good The Gentle Way volume 1 and 2 , so I may print this out and put the pages in the book at the back if they fit !

This question has been asked before, and by "coincidence" I included that question today in my BASIC QUESTIONS FOR THEO section I've been running in my newsletter recently.

Theo, I had someone write to me concerned about the wording of a Benevolent Prayer, in saying “…any and all beings…”, as they felt it might attract non-benevolent beings. Your comments please.

Yes, it might seem that way on the surface, Tom, but when angelic beings, as you call them, are called upon to provide assistance, they certainly would not “dial up” shall we say, a non-benevolent being to assist the person that said the Benevolent Prayer, or for whom they said the prayer for.

These are, as we have discussed before, whole souls Tom, and even though they have not achieved a golden light-being level, they still are whole souls and capable of millions of decisions per minute in your time. Please trust these souls to handle any request in a most benevolent way, as they have only the best intentions for the person or beings in the request. It is all accomplished from within the light, so there is no danger of attracting non-benevolent beings.

When a person says, "I ask any and all beings...." then we can assume that only angels are being called upon, which at first does not make any sense to the average person. I understand what Theo means, in his explanation of this phrase, so I'm clear on that, that angels do indeed take care of this request.

My question is, does saying, "I ask any and all beings...." enlist the help of the person who's saying this GA?.... along with other beings, such as the prayer angels? So who exactly, if this can be asked, of the angelic realms take care of BP's?

If you were to read my first book I called Benevolent Prayers (what you say for other people as MBO's are SPECIFICALLY for you) Living Prayers. That came from Robert Shapiro, a deep trance channel where I first read one sentence in a whole channeling "You can request benevolent outcomes in your life" which I believe was channeled by a being called Zoosh that I occassionally communicate with. That popped out at me and I started experimenting with requesting MBO's and they WORKED PERFECTLY!

So my Living Prayers chapter in the first book was filled with many, many different ways to say these. After the book was published, I kept thinking about how difficult it was to compose these (Theo was "inspiring" me I'm sure), so I reduced it down to one phrase you can use all the time. As an example, let's say there's another massive quake in Japan. People are trapped. You wish you could do something, but you can't. So you say, "I ask any and all beings to assist the people trapped in the earthquake in Japan in the most benevolent way possible, thank you!" Now that could be a rescue worker--guided to find the person(s), a rescue dog, even a cat, a bird, or even a guardian angel like Theo who becomes physical for an hour or so and rescues the trapped people. So you are not excluding anyone, but you understand all those physical beings are being guided to assist those in need. Theo says that if you could see the energy of these Benevolent Prayers (as I call them now) they look like streams of rainbow type light coming from all over the world from all those praying for those people and all arriving constantly. Remember that the same or similar prayers are "greater than the sum of the parts" as Theo says, especially if said within 24 or 48 hours of each other, because of the difference in time zones.

Hope this makes sense, as that's how it's been explained to me so far.
