Guess what... Recurring Zombie Dreams!?

Ok, now this is gonna be a twist, I've been having recurring zombie dreams, funny thing is I remember the whole dream from start to finsih. The first dream I was bunkered in some kind of mansion, I had to go outside to get food but I didn't want to because there were zombies out there and I didn't want to get eaten. Then I'm walking up stairs and I see a zombie and as soon as I see it the whole vision turns red. Everything turns red!

So I take the zombie and throw it down the stairs and run like hell to the other room, in the dream I see my friend and we're on the second floor. She just looks at me and I turn around and there are 2 other zombies there. I take one and stab it in the neck with a shard of glass and throw it over the balcony. I heard its neck crack and lol'ed... Suddenly I'm surrounded ands scared out of my mind because I can't defend myself cuz there are so many.
I woke up with my heart beating extremely fast and scared to fall back asleep.

the second dream which is the one I had tonight was extremely vivid. It was kinda like a dawn of the dead knock off. I was in the mall and on top of the roof. We were playing hollywood squares like in the movie. Don't feel bad for knocking off rosie o' donnell lol. Then randy holds up a sign saying he needs more food and the dream changes for now. I'm at a school and its filled with zombies, for some reason they're trying to turn everybody into them and doing a damn good job.

I see a tv screen with a news report where police are looking for somebody (odd) I then proceed down the steps and out the hallway and I start running and jump to the top of the building. Everybodies like how did you get up here so quickly? One lady asked me if I just jumped up the building and I said no, I climbed up the pipe... Then there was the scene where the guy was talking about how he knew hew was gay lol... (from dawn of the dead).

Then we were in the front part of the mall sitting in a circle holding hands. We started singing breakfast by the newsboys, and I looked over and saw the guy banging on the wall wanting to get out and all of a sudden a mob of zombies just start running like bats out of a cave and end up breaching the mall. Everybody scatters and 2 people get eaten almost immediately. I get surrounded and I held up a cross and yelled jesus! The zombie flew back and hit the ground, then I was surrounded and forced myself awake. Btw when the last scene was giong on I was hearing the breakfast song... Its why I'm lol'ing right now.

Could this be that my ego is dying? I kinda told my dads gf about my diaper fetish (cuz I know it freaks some people out) it took a lot of courage since I was afraid of being judged, but she doesn't judge me and I"m pretty sure my dad doesn't care. I've also been meditating and more aware of things. If I have the same dream I'm gonna go lucid on some zombies so what does this mean really? Ego death, fear of death... I'm confused.

Ahh, zombies. I don't know what it is about them but it can sometimes be just as easy to love them as it is to hate them!

I don't know the answer here but there was a point last year when I too had a burst of zombie dreams. I would sometimes just put my hand out and let them bite me to get it over with it and yes, you know it, I became a zombie. The screen would begin to bend and blur and madness would follow.

On one occasion, I actually transformed into some kind of super zombie, bulked up like the Hulk and went around smashing the hell out of them.

I've been going through a lot of changes, but a lot of them were only just igniting last year, roughly around when I had those zombie dreams. The changes were to become drastic, actually involving certain deaths within my personality and thus new births. Perhaps your own dreams could represent the death and renewal. Perhaps they could represent the 'spirit' within, in the sense that you're still alive, dragging around in these bodies, yet you're 'dead' and spiritually awakening.

I suppose such dreams could represent a variety of things, even the fear of death as you suggested, but I have an instinct telling me it's something else. One thing I suggest is to take advantage of the situation if you do become lucid and it's happening again. It may be crazy, but actually ask one of the zombies why he's there or how he came to be. As it's a dream, he may even give you an answer.
