How can I protect myself from astral rape?

I was not aware of the astral raping till my partner, who astral travels my way at times, caught one out. This astral attacker somehow put me in a dreamless deep sleep before attacking me. I know this has not happened just the once as my body feels strange after these attacks even though i have no memory of it happening. Can anyone give me advice on preventing this from happening again?

You do not need consciously to project to get "raped".

If you are in such things like astral projection you should make contact to your guides or higher beings like angels or so. You can call them if something happens. If you are in your astral body you are potentially more powerful than most of the negs you encounter, never forget that. They are mostly powerless and not intelligent and most of them are easy to get rid of with the right "arguments".
You can do the visualizations, but i will not guarantee, that they work. Anything else might work too, but in the longterm you should make the right contacts on the other side, it has many benefits for your whole life.
