Saw my future during an out of body experience.

Years ago I had an out of body experience. Not sure if any of you have had one before. It was my first. I left my body, existed in a non physical type of place but I could still see the physical world and pay attention to any of the sensory imputs going on there at any time, although I still was out of that world.

I remember playing with that for a while and being ecstatic about leaving my body, and a complete feeling of wholeness, and completeness.

I remember thinking "I going to go check out what else is going on here (in the non physical)". Then I woke up. I don't remember anything else.

That was probably 5 o 6 years ago. About 3 years ago, I began getting hit with really strong deja vu at moments in my life. At first it happened slowly, but would last a while, unusually longer than most deja vu, like 30 minutes at a time of just that crazy deja vu feeling, about once a week. It began to happen more frequently like 2 or 3 times a week It was all very exciting and interesting at first, but also very confusing.

As the time went on, this deja vu only increased to happened several times throughout everyday. After a while, a strong feeling was attached to each new feeling of deja vu. When I paid attention and just "felt" this feeling, it brought back very brief flashes and quick snap shots of memories from the night I was the out of body experience. It was very weak at first, but over time that sensation and memory grew with each feeling of deja vu.

I then started getting deja vu for days at a time, non stop. I knew what people were going to say before they would say it, but I didn't really know how I knew. The memory of the oobe was still going strong as well.

I would then start getting little images in my head that I didn't really understand. These images would just pop into my head and also had that oobe night memory feeling attached. Later, this image would appear in my reality, and make more sense. It was like having a partial song lyric or melody stuck in my head and not being able to figure out what song it was from, but just knowing that I know it somehow, then hours later randomly hearing the song. That's the only thing I can really compare the whole thing to.

I began to realize that I had seen all of this before and I recalled the oobe. It felt like I had dreamt the next 5 years of my life, but in an instant. Like if someone could just plug a video of the next five years of your life into your head but you see it all instantaneously. Specific images and events stood out but at first I thought it was all just one day or something. I saw what was at the end of the line, but didn't know WHEN the line ended. I thought Ii was there already due to seeing it all at once like that.

Now it's been upped to a different level, as I consciously remember each and every moment of my days. I have blurry symbols and images in my head that come into clearer focus as their time on the stage draws near. I feel like I'm towards the end of the line that I was shown/saw that night of the oobe. and there's a feeling of excitement towards what's coming next. I can feel what's coming next smiling at me, and me being excited for it in the future, if that makes sense. I can't help be worry about it being death, though I feel safe and confident that it is not, at least not yet.

This whole experience has been difficult. There were times of complete detachment of everything, and just observing, feeling helpless to change anything about my life, just watching it happen before my eyes. There was a long period of confusion and not really understanding what was going on. I thought I was crazy for the longest time. I've also been reading and experimenting with LOA/IM/SR and there were times when I wasn't sure if I was creating the moment or predicting it. This all happened when I first got into reading about subjective reality and such.

During all of this, Ive grown and have been able to see my mental, emotional, sexual, physical tension, understand why it's there and slowly relax it away. I've also been able to see how my perception of the now, myself and the world effects the way I experience those things. That night I had the oobe changed my life. I feel as though I wanted to achieve my dream life and I saw the path and the next 5 years of my life that night for a reason. If I hadn't I wouldn't have grown as a person in certain ways. But the question remains...did I see it or create it? I'm beginning to see that the answer is both and neither and that it really doesn't matter much.

Am I crazy? Anybody else ever experience anything like this, or at least have any input for my situation?

Well, maybe you did both...Maybe that day you rewrote parts of your future while seeing the bigger picture... A question that may help is, are you pleased by how all of it turned out in the end?

OK Time and Space isn't the way we think it is because we are accustomed to a very limited view of reality, from the 3D angle. Get into another dimension, and things follow different laws from the way they appear to behave from our very limited physical viewpoint. Time is not linear.
On the Inner Dimensions, time travel works....precognition works....so do many other things that are different to the way we think they are from our viewpoint in this dimension.

This is absolutely fascinating! I've had little moments of insight before, but nothing like this. Whatever it is, it's pretty unique. I would ride it out and encourage it. Try finding someone who knows more about it so you can get a better grip on it. Of course, I guess that's what you're doing here.

you're not crazy...i experience this too...but it freaks me out...sometimes it's so scary...when bad things come true one by one (catastrophe or even a whole country's problem) like a major massacre in our country...a natural catastrophe..feud, sickness, career, money, relationship, health etc...there's an instance like 5 minutes before it happens i will have a premonition a feeling, a dream, or just memory snapshot...to weeks to months or years...i still have those memories intact even my dreams when i was a child...I feel so unbelievable when i try to tell these things to my fellows but they don't believe me

I have the same questions and experiences with SR, and I think its possible that my higher self created a 'script' of sorts for my current incarnation in this realm. During the awakening process I am becoming more and more aware of other realms.

This increased awareness I see as ESP. Glimpses of possibilities which already exist in other realms. Actually, maybe focusing on any single possibility with emotion and intensity, brings it into your current awareness.

As for OBE, this maybe be *me* becoming more and more aware of the perspective of my other selves.

I do know that the awakening process is a definite slow unraveling of the truth, which is that there is no *truth*!
