can i learn to see ghosts/be psychic

ok this might be a weird question but I think it's the perfect place for it..... I was curious if I can learn to see ghosts or to intune psychic ability. I have been facinated with this type of stuff. My mom has recently in the past 5 years been able to feel indian spirits. My dad has also seen things in their home (my grandfather passed away in that home).
I just really really want to be able to experience things... it's sooooo neat to me.

If you have any insight on this or can point me in any direction I would so greatly appreciate it.

Yes you can learn to develop these skills, and around here your question isn't weird at all.

Anna Conlan offers a course on developing your abilities. Erin Pavlina does too. You can also choose from many books on this topic.

So You Want to Be a Medium is a book about learning to work with the spirits of the dead.

You Are Psychic is a book on developing clairvoyance as well as providing a process to do readings safely.

There are a lot of resources out there. Discernment is important. Practice is too.

Personally, I believe this boils down to tapping into part of the mind that many people are not connecting to consciously. Which means, it isn't as "out there" as you might think. It's a matter of getting into greater or deeper touch with yourself.
