Telling Your Mind To Remember More Dreams In A Dream
Ok I had a dream that I was being chased by freddy crougar. If I pushed a button there would be different scenes in which I was being chased or watching someone being chased. I walked into a room (kinda like a locker room) and there was this girl there. She was scared, she said I am being chased. I said no your not, she said yes I was. I looked at her and said no your not cuz this is a dream and I'm dreaming. Oh and the dead giveaway was that my static was really really bed in one or 2 spots (probably means high amounts of energy). Anyways after I realized I was dreaming I felt the full numbess of my body in sleep paralysis.
Before I did anything I said in my dream, "Your going to lucid dream from now on, you will not wake up at all anymore unless I say to." So I went on my marry way and said I was flying, I remember the airplane breaking through the wall and blasting through really fast. I was in the air flying and I woke up (Guess I ran out of energy). So here's the question. Can telling yourself to lucid dream everynight while your in a dream stick with your subconcious? Can it really be that easy? I'm wondering cuz since I had my first lucid dreams my dreams have been more vivid. Oh and before bed I took 1600mgs of valerian root, 600mgs of kava kava, 100mg's of vb6, and 3mgs of melatonin. Thats whats caused the LD.
