Looks to me like you generally use words and conversation to cover up the fact that you are uncomfortable about something; usually I'd guess that something had to do with your own self-image which bleeds over into your sex life.

But I'm definitely no expert on Chakras, so I may be WAAAAY off base. Take my opinion with whatever grain of salt you wish.

Much much better than last time I did this test, when I still had several who were under active.

Sacral: makes sense to me. I am pretty over active sexually (at least emotionally sexually if that makes sense...) because I have to find a good outlet for these feelings.

Heart: I disagree with this one being over active.... or at least their conclusion to that... I don't feel I'm suffocating people, nor that my love has selfish reasons... Not anymore then any type of love is selfish, that is.

An underactive root manifests itself in lack of groundedness. Sometimes you may feel restless and can't feel present in your body. You may forget to eat/exercise sometimes and get too caught up in your head (the higher realms). At least, that's how it manifests for me, I have an underactive root as well.

Hey that DOES happen. I feel uneasy, restless, unstable And I don't eat unless I'm reminded to My Mom has been reminding me to eat since I was 10 or 12...Wow, these things go way back.
So I can help myself by working on the Chakras?
And you know what's funny? For the past year while meditating I've only been trying to open the heart and the third eye! Due to lack of complete information and haphazard reading I assumed that it would be the best to work on the only those to since, I just wanna give and receive a lot of love and get psychic abilities! I had no idea about the effects any other chakras
I guess all of them are equally significant huh?

The "lower" chakra's help you stay grounded. It is said that in order to open up the crown chakra you have to make sure that the others are open first, so you can stay grounded, receive only loving information etc.

overactive navel - may be domineering and aggressive
overactive third eye - may live in a world of fantasy too much, excessive cases = hallucinations
overactive crown means too much intellectualizing and that you need to pay more attention to bodily needs.

Thanks Lakshmi! The only thing I relate to is fantasy cause I take pictures to document all my 'hallucinations' so no one can tell me I was seeing things, hehe...

As for intellectualizing, I am so not on that tip for the last year or so...but I do tend to spend ALOT of time researching the spiritual process I'm going through...aha...
