| I've made it a goal to write down and publicise all of my most memorable dreams; not only that, but to do so in a kind of story engine, that allows people to add their own dreams, add forks and new scenes to existing dreams, and create a "Choose-your-own-adventure" sort of deal. The main focus of the site is on fiction, but there are sections set up for both dreams and nightmares. I've got it up and running (albeit VERY much in beta) at twistedtapestry.com if you'd like to be the first to see it starting off. I'm going to be adding new stuff over the coming weeks, and fleshing out the site a little bit; but for now, there is one dream and one nightmare in there that I reckon should provoke salivation in any kind of psychiatrist or psychotherapist. My ultimate objective is to weave together a bunch of independant dreams from completely unconnected people - I figure hey, dreams jump about a whole bunch anyway, and I'd really like to be reading someone's account of a dream and have the narrative be so disconnected and vicious that it feels like I'm actually having said dream. A good idea? No, yes, maybe?
