Why am i seeing these faces?

Ok, so when i was a kid i remember seeing things including faces and shawdows and people in general that were not really there. As an adult i chose to "not see". Everytime i saw something i cried and was scared and had to ask Archangel Michael to help me. I have been now in the process of dealing with things in my life to clear my mind and inbrace my "third" eye, as they say. I do want to know why this is happening? I was in the shower the other day and i looked up at a light reflection on my ceiling and saw a women smiling at me. I see faces in the walls usually around or above other people. I am very intuative and know this now, but i am unaware of how to use my ability and where i can go for some guidence. I want to embrace it but i am unaware of how. All i have to do normally is just think in my mind when i feel something around that i want to see it and it appears. At night when i am lying in bed at my calmest i see faces in my mind without sometimes even asking for it and when i open my eyes they are still there. The faces are now starting to smile at me or even trying to scare me, isthis a test of my ability? I get so scarred sometimes that it just happen unexpected that i just request for it to go away. It seems that the faces are always small or crooked to the side. I honestly just need help or guidence from anyone out there on how to manage this and seek further information. Please help,

I had difficulty with that one too, its disconcerting to see faces around you that are typically expressionless but can display character traits like smiling and reacting to your thoughts words or actions. I found that its the feeling that you get from these discarnate images that decides their worth. Basically the astral, spirit and what I call telluric reality fields are populated by all sorts of energies that often have our best interests at heart be they guides or just interested spirits. I have communicated with them and found that some groups are very practical and benevolent healers and holders of sacred trusts
that exist between the spirit worlds and our more solid or heavier world. Saying that,I don't want to frighten you but I would suggest caution in your dealings with any and all operators in these realities, there are a hell of a lot of suckers of energy out there who would just love to get a free lunch from any convenient body. Testing of the spirits is welcomed by inhabitants of the higher plains who conduct commerce from their to our realities,if they posses goodwill toward you then they have nothing to hide. Feel intent, look at the expressions they have and you will easily find your way, or just choose not to participate.

so how do i learn to control it? What kinds of things do i ask them? How do i control myself from not getting scared? Please help

Well, you're path is different from mine in that I was introduced to the existence of subtle realities by spontaneously developing clairaudience [hearing guidance] when I went through a major crisis in my life. By the time I could see these images I had some familiarity with occult practice.Just keep in mind that these phenomena are everywhere and around everyone its just that you have the abilities to see them. If there was any danger involved we would all be in trouble. Control comes with experience in your dealings within all areas of this subject, as to what you should ask them well that all depends on who youre asking and what result you wish to achieve. There are karmic aspects to consider as well in that we attract some spirits to ourselves
for one purpose and others for another. Because you can create images at will it seems to me that you are mostly observing astral manifestations. The astral levels hold many illusion prone entities.
