Cross Pollination For Psychic Development

Two things I have done recently and has been working wonders for doing my readings are listening to classical music and yoga.

The classical music idea just popped in my head the other day from a spirit guide, I new it was going to help as soon as I heard the idea and it has been keeping me very calm and relaxed when I speak during my readings. This could be a great tip for anyone doing back to back readings and needs mental stimulation and emotional and mental release before doing the next reading.

Yoga is keeping me grounded, even just after 1 session I feel very calm. (we did the yoga session in front of a mirror, which I highly recommend so you can face yourself to get clarity on yourself)

I know spiritual development is a huge topic, I think there are many ways to improve and refine our skills, I feel it will be different from person to person.

Anyone have any other cross pollination experiences that increased there intuition?

I agree for me its the centering effect classical music has.

Perhaps we can share some music that helps our intuition.

playing poker in my later youth has increased my abilities.

Lately I'm trying binaural beats:

Maybe just try to go for it, meditate to binaural beats before going to sleep.

I am not sure which classical music helps, listening to classical music is fairly new to me, good idea about the binaural beats! I will try that.
