Psychic Experiment #2

Hi everyone,

I did a psychic experiment a few months ago on my blog (and on here) where I gave readers a photo and asked people to tune in and see what they pick up about the person.

I thought I'd do it again as people seemed to enjoy it and found it useful.

Plus reading another person is a great way of learning how to distinguish imagination from intuition because often its easy to tell if you're right or wrong.

Here are the instructions I gave for reading him:

1. Getting a basic vibe

Just get a surface impression, first of all. Surface impressions can be spot on OR they can be what someone tries to project to the world and wants us to think of them (i.e. a facade.) But they are still meaningful.

- Does anything jump out at you?

- Do you get a positive or negative vibe, first off (or neither)?

Take three deep breaths. See if anything else comes to you initially – words, images, feelings, impressions.

2. Next, do some deeper questioning

Do a little meditating (maybe a minute) just to calm your mind. Take three deep breaths. Now ask the following questions:

- Do you trust him?

- Do you like him?

- Which characteristics show on his face? or which characteristics/traits can you pick up from his energy?

- Does he remind you of anyone you know or anyone you’ve met in the past? – if so, which characteristics do the two people share?

You may need to take three deep breaths before you ask each question, and you may not get answers to all of them.

Take note of all information you get, even if it seems more instinctual than ‘psychic’. And even if it seems to contradict itself, don’t worry – people are multifaceted and of course they have strengths and weaknesses. As with any reading you do of a human being, prepare yourself for complexity rather than just labelling someone as having a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ vibe. If you get a good or bad vibe, ask yourself what is good or bad about this person.

Another tip: sometimes the information that comes in response to a question is put into your mind a second before you have a conscious thought (this is claircognizance.) So be aware of all impressions you get BEFORE your mind starts chattering or thinking.

3. Now see if you get any objective information

- Do you pick up anything about his life story – what’s in his past?

- What is he interested in/good at?

- What is his nationality?

I don’t recommend launching into question three right off the bat. It is usual to get some subjective information (about personality) and then you may or may not get some objective information. Nationality is easy to read from appearance, but it will be interesting to ask the question anyway to see how you receive the information (if you get any).

I feel like this man has seen sad days. I feel emotional trauma. For some reason i feel he may have witnessed or been the victim of sexual abuse. More precisely i think he may have witnessed this being done to his mother. His eyes are gentle and soft, but he sees through the void of his emotions and he channels it through creative arts like painting or writing. I feel he is an artists of some sort. Very intelligent, he may even be an actor. He may have had problems with his sexuality at some point and has perhaps come to terms with it. He just feels like someone who may slide more on the feminine or has leaned on the feminine aspects of himself. He seems quiet to me, very humourous in his own way, but quick witted. Very analytical. I feel he grew up very suburban. I feel this man is still alive and i feel he is in america right now. I feel his origins are european and i feel these origins have their roots in Italy or Malta. This man is very relaxing to be around but i see him surrounded in red an orange. Passion or anger? Creativity or lust? im not too sure. Warm, giving, i feel he has 2 girls. I like him, but he has the capacity to be a real badass. lol.

I grew up being able to sense or see ghost....... I have always run away from this and try top block it out..... I just decided to learn more about why some people ar eable to see things and other people can't. There are other things that I am able to do... such as pick up on feelings.

1.Firstly I feel sorry for him but I dont trust him, He seems to be wearing a zorro mask

2.I dont trust him because to me he seems incompetent, No i dont like him, he seems like a weasel

I didnt pick anything from number 3, also I couldnt differentiate between what he was than and what hes like now. I felt like he was clean nowadays and I didnt get that until reading the answers.

Ellie, this was really quite accurate too (apart from the New Zealander thing)!

I don't know if the answer is posted already, I didn't look on purpose.

This is what I got:

First impressions:

Nice person. Peaceful. Funny. Pain in the past but learned and grew from it. Very positive vibe.

Second part:

Trust him? Yes. Absolutely.
Like him? Yes, he makes me smile
Face impressions: Funny, sweet
Energy: Peaceful. Calm but persistent.

Ghandi pops in my mind. Maybe it is the bald head...

Third part:

Hurt, painful past, tears behind the surface for the suffering. Betrayel by someone close to him.

Grew up poor. Just a mom, no dad.

He's good at talking and calming people down.
He is a writer or good at writing.
He is also good at making love (or maybe that's just my dirty mind talking).

For sure a "make love, not war" type of person.

With your other experiment I actually got chills down my spine when doing it and I was pretty accurate with that one too.
